The worst
The worst! They have no idea how to manage the place. They say your car is ready when they haven’t looked at it yet. Can’t change info in their computer system. Can’t write the service order up correctly. Checked brakes said I didn’t need them - then called back and said they decided I did! Terrible customer service and management is the worst.

I visited your Mavis Store a neighbor of Adams in Wappingers today last minute and your staff and manager were very helpful, professional and fast! They treated me nice and I appreciated that since I am am senior citizen lady and I don’t know much about cars! Every single time I have come your store I have been treated nice with fast and beyond efficient service! Your mechanics are fantastic people!

Needed an oil change ASAP because my…
Needed an oil change ASAP because my Honda was at 5%. So, I went to The Wappinger Call's store located at 124 Old Post Road,Wappinger Falls, New York 12590
Facility 7106717.
Not only did they do an oil change, but a tire rotation too. And it was done so quickly that I had almost no time to get a coffee from the Adam's Farm store, which is about a 100 yards away. Great Job by the whole Mavis team!!!!
