Wendy and Ben helped repair a tire quickly for my sons car so he could drive back to college.

Mary and T seriously are angels! As a community health nurse my car is my office! Mavis tires never disappoints! twice the literally saved me! Back Left rear tire Manager Steve stayed after hours saved me, Now Mary and T saved me. Unbelievable work ethics what a staff mavis has. Any time I visit Mavis Tire at 44 Webster Commons Boulevard, I'm always greeted with warm smiles. The Staff and Manager meets my expectations every time. I had my breaks and today had a nail removed from my tire. The staff had my best interest at heart and I am forever grateful. Would I recommend anyone to go to this Mavis Store in Webster, I would say 100% Yes! Keep up the great work Mavis Manager and Staff. You guys Rock!

My elderly father who always did his own car repairs for the past 50+ years brought his vehicle to mavis now that he has cancer and can’t physically do it himself. In January 2024, my father bought 4 new tires from mavis by March 2024 the inside tires were showing threads. By March it was all new management but no one would return his call. Three weeks later and after he bought new tires from another location, finally the regional manager Matt called back. They said they’d make it right next time they needed tires. June 2024 his other vehicle needs tires, so he tried calling. No one knows anything or will return phone calls. Stay far away from Mavis, they will take the opportunity to take advantage of the elderly.

the manager took the time to explain everything and did not try to over charge me for things. Told me what needed to be done straight forward and delt with me like a human

Matt is great. The most important aspect is his honesty. He wont lie to you and say something is broken when its not. We need more honest people in his position.
Also as important is the fact that when something is paid for its done correctly.
I follow him to whichever store they have him at.
If youre looking for good work and honesty this is the place to go

I was greeted with a nice smile and professional courtesy. I was told there may be a wait but I was out alot sooner than expected. I had a couple tires put on, after an unexpected flat. Good service. Reasonable price.
