TRIED TO UPSALE AND RIP OFF! Stay Away!
I'd give the "manager" ZERO STARS!
Been doing business at this store over 20 years. Went in to have an alignment done on my van. This van has had 2 sets of tires from this location and 3 alignments. There are a lot of new faces in the store.
The counter guy was pleasant and helpful. Told him I was in no rush, it was about 930am.
Had not heard anything about 330pm so went to the store. My van was the only car in the bays and both back tires were on the ground and guys were standing outside.
Asked the guys what was happening, and here comes the sales pitch. Oh, this van 2019 Toyota Van is going to need a complete suspension overhaul, brakes, rotors, struts, new tires, rims, the works.
Told the guy, thanks, just looking for an alignment. He stated he could not do that without first a major part replacement. After 20-minute sales pitch, I asked him to put the tires back on and we were finished.
(Lucky for me the 2019 van had just been to Eagle Eye Automotive and Mark and the crew gave the van TOP MARKS).....
I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!
