Not honoring appointments
They tell you to make an appointment. This I did when calling the store. Had 2:00 pm appointment then told it was going to take about 2 hours before they could check the balance on my tires. What is purpose of having an anywhere it is not honored? No explanation given as to why the delay just that my appointment didn’t matter. Really poor service.

STORE MANAGER HIT & RUN
Unfortunately our experience has not been great. The store manager of the SunCity location was taking a customer home & ran into our parked car (video footage obtained) & instead of knocking on the door and exchanging information he got out looked at the damage put broken pieces in the truckbed and drove away committing a hit & run which is felony. We had to track him down & gave him the benefit of the doubt that he would keep his word regarding repairs & now its a run around and refusal of insurance. He is acting with no integrity, accountability or ownership as a store manager this is unacceptable & belittling to a company that has him in leadership. I can only imagine how other leaders conduct when they have wronged a potential client. As a veteran I give anyone the benefit to make things right when they are in tough situations but he continued to act on his own terms representing a company with lack of morals. Do Not do Business here!
