Mavis Tire - Woodbridge Avis 23

Took my car in on Sunday to get a new tire because my back right tire was completely blown out. Waited for almost 3 - 4 hours. When I ask what’s taking so long the employees thought someone already came and talk to me, no one didn’t. All that wait just for them to tell me that they can’t take a nut out and that their extraction tools don’t work on it. They strip the nut bad till there was practically nothing left. I Had to call a mobile mechanic. As we were in the process of changing the tire, employees came outside telling us we can’t do that here, and that they are about to call the police. when I explain to them what happen they lied and said I was requesting a different service but when I told them I have it in recording they all left and went back inside.

Was greeted BEFORE we even entered the store. The employee came out to our car in the parking lot. Everything was explained to us and the job was done within two hours. Amazing service.

T.J. Opened the door for business at 8am on the dot and welcomed me in with a smile. Him and his team were knowledgeable, kind and empathetic to my needs.

Manny was very polite and professional. The location was having issues with their internet being down and they didn't have the tire in stock that I ordered. That didn't stop them from getting the job done. They got the tire from another location near by and worked out everything by calling another location for billing and confirmation. The whole process took less than an hour and the job was done. Thank you, we will be back for other services at this location thanks to their positive attitudes and kindness...a rarity at other places.

Making an appointment the day before was awesome! Good service, nice guys working the desk.

DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! I went in to get my tires checked and an oil change! The very next morning, my engine light was on, and my tire blew while driving with my 10 month old son in the backseat. The car started shaking uncontrollably (engine related) after purchasing 4 brand new tires. Brought the car back and they left the old oil filter in which caused the engine to blow! The manager was an honest man who took responsibility for the action of his employees, however is all of a sudden GONE! It has been a bunch of back and forth but end result They are taking zero liability for messing up a single mothers car!!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY GUS THE REGIONAL MANAGER!!! They have lied and drawn out this situation for 2 months! PLEASE NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!
Have placed a multitude of calls to corporate with NO RESPONSE!!!!! They don’t care about anyone!

Took my 2008 Ford Escape with 168,000 miles to local Mavis Tire store; since I was hearing a noise that seemed to be coming from the engine compartment @2 days prior when accelerating during local/highway driving. The noise seemed as if there was an exhaust system leak. Rob (Store Manager) did a thorough test drive of the vehicle plus an extensive check under the vehicle (front & back). Though the engine noise did not seem to occur at the moment; Rob found no current issues with the exhaust system but, 2 of the engine mounts were found to be very worn. (These were original to the vehicle since purchase.). He suggested that they be replaced. They were able to replace 2 of the engine mounts + replace the drive belt (that I requested) all in the same day. (Good that they replaced the belt at the time; because they found one of the pulleys to have too much play in it; and needed replacement too.)
Rob (Store-Manager) & Brandon(mechanic on-duty) were very courteous/customer-oriented and explained in detail the work to be done, answered all of my questions, + the price quote I was initially given was the price I paid on job completion. (My 2008 Ford Escape drives much better now after the work they completed. Noise I heard has not come back.) Have been using Mavis Tire the past several years for all of my vehicle service, and this has been the best experience yet. Rob and Brandon are great at their jobs and treat their customers very well!
