I dont mind the 650 Max a day as rarely do I bet enough to need higher. There was a period when withdrawal was not going through. I am in banking and aware our banks dont like casinos but if I was not, I would have seen it as a scam. They worked with me and now I withdraw to my crypto wallet. I loved that they called to explain and responded to all emails. I was still worried but turns out they were not lying.

I'd give it a 5 star if the plays were always smooth, the slot not buggy, they raised the 650 withdrawal a day and $3 betting Max with active bonus. But i can live with all that as long as it know i can withdraw my winnings. Even with all that, its still my first choice out of 5 I play in.

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with this casino. I won over $10,900 through fair gameplay — no bonuses were active at the time. I tried to withdraw my winnings, only to be told I couldn't because of an "active bonus" that was added later. I did the right thing and cancelled the bonus myself just to proceed with the withdrawal.

Then, days later, they claimed I breached their terms by placing a single $10 bet during the bonus period (after I’d already won), even though:

I received no warning,

The system allowed the bet,

I lost money after the bonus was applied,

And I won nothing from the bonus itself.

They used that one bet as an excuse to confiscate almost all of my winnings, leaving just $200 in my account — and then they closed my account completely.

This is shady, dishonest, and in my opinion, borderline theft. If your system knows a $10 bet breaches your terms, it should block it. But it didn’t — because they clearly wanted a way to take my money once I started winning.

I am taking this matter to the gaming authorities, consumer protection, and I will not stop until this is made public. Stay far away from this casino — they lure you in, let you win, then look for excuses to take your money.

Request a call back and never get it. Kept rejecting my withdrawal and still waiting after 5 days for it to reach my account. William from customer support is very rude and no help at all. There are much better online casinos out there. Stay away from this one.

1833 euro echt geld hebben ze van me afgenomen. In eerste instantie zouden ze 500 euro per keer uitbetalen.
Heb de hele tijd met 1-2 euro gespeeld. Achteraf zeiden ze ja boven de 2 mag niet. Heel die site is corrupt.
