SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"I had the worst experience ever with Maxton Design Poland. They sent me parts that were totally incompatible with my car, even though their website stated otherwise. When I pointed out their mistake—which they eventually admitted via email—they still had the audacity to demand that I pay for the return shipping.

We are talking about a 218cm oversized package! Shipping it back as a private customer would have cost me a fortune. They tried to hide behind their 'policy' to avoid taking responsibility for their own blunder. I only managed to get my money back because I opened a PayPal dispute and involved the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Only when they felt the legal pressure did they finally provide a prepaid label.

Professional companies own their mistakes; Maxton Design tries to scam customers into paying for them. If you don't want to deal with a logistical nightmare and a dishonest 'support' team, stay away from this company. Unreliable, arrogant, and zero respect for consumer rights!"

For the lads in portlaoise

For the lads in portlaoise. So I was out of the country when booking my jeep in for a full kit. Arrived that morning and straight away brought it in and started to work on it. Very professional well attached would highly recommend the lads. Couldn't be happier with the work. And the kit really makes the jeep . 10 out 10 ..

1 star is generous for such appalling Customer service.

Ordered an item from these and the sent it via DX who loaded onto a delivery vehicle 3 consecutive day and also returned it to the depot on the same days without any attempts to deliver, i spoke to customer service at Maxton who assured me that they would chase the courier and get back to me, 5 hours later at 3pm i had no further correspondence so i emailed again to give them chance to chase the courier again for an update before their customer services closed at 5pm, they didn't even respond this time. Which lead me to the conclusion that the morning response was just to keep me quiet for the day.
So all in all rubbish Customer services from both Maxton Design and DX.
I suppose once they have your money they dont care anymore! Seems to be the way many companies are heading nowadays. There are other companies who offer similar products to Maxton so I would suggest trying them first before giving yourself a headache and stress from those who just choose to ignore you rather than deal with the issues head on. Its a shame really because their products are excellent quality for which you pay premium prices, just let down by having Little to Zero Customer support once they have you money firmly in their back pockets.

This is for maxton design AT (Austrian), Since they dont have Trustpilot i have to put some places.
But I was waiting for 36 days and 26 business days. I lost a lot of time and money. I paid 259 euros and got 253.14 euros back.

Good morning!

When I try to check my order status, I get the message "You currently have no orders being processed." I placed the order on May 29th, and the order number is 1903. Their website states that the processing time is 25-28 business days. I am not sure if I have understood this correctly. In any case, we have passed 25 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship this item to your country because shipping of large items is not available.

We will therefore cancel the order and refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

This is absolutely incredible. I have now waited 36 days, which is equivalent to 26 business days, and then you tell me this? I thought Maxton Design shipped worldwide, but you can't even get a package to Norway? This is very damaging to your reputation as a "serious" online store.

I request an immediate refund.

We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the long wait and the inconvenience this has caused.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to ship large items to Norway due to customs restrictions. Unfortunately, this information was only communicated to us later.

The refund will of course be processed immediately. You will receive confirmation soon.

I appreciate your understanding of my frustration, but I'm still extremely disappointed with the long wait and the countless times I had to follow up before I received this message. It's completely unacceptable that you weren't aware of the restrictions on shipping to Norway until now.

I expect immediate confirmation that the refund has been processed and that the money is back in my account as soon as possible. You can also be sure that I will share my experience on Trustpilot, so that other customers are aware of the risks of shopping with you.

I hope you learn from this situation, so that other customers don't experience the same thing in the future.

The refund has already been processed on the credit card you used (Visa ****). Depending on your credit card provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account. Our website has already canceled the order. You will receive confirmation via email shortly.
