Great day, pace is designed on average participants learning curve, but if you go a second time you can pick up where you left off. I’ll definitely be going again next spring
Brilliant course, trainers very skilled polite and supportive during training course. Bikes are excellent for the course. Overall a very enjoyable but hands on experience. I will book again in spring... Voir plus

They have closed down.
Me and 2 other friends turned up today. 6th June 2026 afternoon session and nobody was there. It looks like it's not been used for a while.
We spoke to some people nearby and they told us they seen them couple months ago packing there stuff up and leaving and not seen them since.
While we was there another lad turned up on his bike who had riden 3 hours. We had to tell him the bad news too. I am now in the process of getting a refund from virgin red experience days.
The website says they are still open but believe me they are not. I have tired calling them over 20 times over the past 2 weeks with no answer. No reply on Facebook and they have not replied to my emails regarding booking the voucher in and selecting a date. Hence why i turning up today to claim the voucher in person.
I now know why they wasn't picking up. The only response I did get from them was a message on Facebook telling me they are sorry that haven't replied because they have been to an event and will get back to me Tuesday of this week just gone. Obviously they didn't and clearly they know they had left and why didn't they tell me. Clearly they are not very decent people.

Firstly, we are genuinely sorry that you and another ahd travelled to the site and were left in that position. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that will have been, especially for anyone who had travelled a long distance like yourselves.
I just want to be clear, we have not shut down and we have not left the business. The website remains live because the business is still operating, we have had a lot of challenges over the past 2 weeks, which we have been dealing with and has somewhat impacted the business.
Regarding the comment about us packing equipment away, this is completely normal for us. At the end of every weekend, we always pack the bikes and equipment away into the back of our transport vehicles. Nothing is left permanently on site, so seeing us load equipment up would not be unusual and does not mean the business has closed.
Unfortunately, we rely on the track as a third-party venue. Following information we received regarding the track, we had no option but to postpone this weekend’s sessions. All affected customers were emailed on Wednesday evening to explain the cancellation, the reason for it, and the options available.
We are naturally very sorry if that message did not reach you or if there has been any confusion. We have had an exceptionally high volume of calls, emails and messages recently with staff on holidays for half terms and similar, this has been challenging, and we are working through the backlog as quickly as possible. Leading up to your booking, I understand there had been previous contact with Chris over the phone and there were no issues at that stage and hopefully you can see where this has come about.
We absolutely should have been able to respond sooner, and we do appreciate how frustrating it is when you are waiting for confirmation or trying to get a voucher booked in.
As this was booked through Virgin Red / Experience Days, the refund process will need to be handled through them directly, but we will assist where we can from our side if they require any confirmation.
Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are a small business and this has been a beyond difficult situation to manage, but we are doing our best to respond to everyone properly and fairly.
Again, we are very sorry for this, the owner is back on Monday and I will ask him to contact you.

Brilliant course
Brilliant course, trainers very skilled polite and supportive during training course. Bikes are excellent for the course. Overall a very enjoyable but hands on experience. I will book again in spring to further improve my learning skills in a safe controlled environment.

Friendly fellas and clear instruction…
Friendly fellas and clear instruction but 9 people turned up for 8 places. I ended up going home after 2 short turns. Track is a bit small for what you are trying to learn in my opinion.

Great afternoon
Great afternoon, great set of instructors, really enjoyed it. My wife came along as a spectator & had a great time. Lots of banter, really great experience. The instructors number one priority is safety 1st, and then it’s about enjoyment & getting the most out of the day.
