Very fast and professional answers thru emails in general awesome communication. I have been taken care so good like actually never before and i did had quite few beauty surgeries in different clinics but maxxclinic had the best adviser/translator & caretaker ever named Sude. I felt so safe, secure and so calm before and after my surgery. The doctor was also very kind and professional. Even afterwards they constantly want to know how I feel and how my healing goes on. I did an upper arm lifting and under eye lifting. Im super happy with everything. Thank you

Maxx Clinic have been amazing right from the moment I contacted them. I travelled to Turkey from the UK on my own. My care coordinator Sude was an angel. She was with me all the way through my surgery and hospital stay and regularly checked up on me when I was at the hotel. She was so supportive, kind and she helped explain everything so well. I felt really looked after when I was in hospital by all the staff. If I ever needed anything they would help me straight away. My surgeon was lovely, he really put me at ease and explained the surgery in detail. Im so happy with my results. I would highly recommend Maxx Clinic to anyone. I can’t wait to go back next year for more surgery!

I travelled to turkey from the UK last month for breast augmentation, from the first message I sent to maxx clinic they have been nothing but fantastic. Before I travelled they answered any questions that I had and were very reassuring. When we landed there was two translators waiting for us, very friendly and made us feel comfortable, we were given a WiFi pack to use to let our families know how we were and to keep in contact with the translators. We were allowed to keep it for the week that we were there which was very helpful. Sude our main translator was always available, friendly and again made us comfortable throughout the week. The hospital was very clean, friendly staff and nothing was too much to ask! There was a couple of times the language barrier was an issue but nothing google translate couldn't resolve 😊 since I've been back in the UK the care coordinator has been in contact a lot to see how I am and again any questions I have had, have been answered.. I would 100% recommend maxx clinic.

Great communication, clear pricing and better than expected results. The whole process is quick, professional and caring. I have already planning the next trip here.

BEWARE: SCAMMERS

I booked an operation with this clinic and had an awful experience. The medical staff wore casual clothes without gloves, there was no privacy, random people walked in while I was partially undressed, and even a nurse took selfies next to me, also partially undressed. I left them a 1-star review on Google. In response, they threatened me to delete the review and THEN CANCELED MY POST-OPERATION EXAM with no refund. So, here I am, dealing with complications and updating the review to warn you all about working with them!

**Transportation:** The transportation provided was unprofessional, a personal car with the owner as the driver. I got motion sickness and was called "obsessive."

**Clinic:** It appears they work with different surgeons. I wasn't taken to a clinic; instead, they took me to some kind of private practice without a proper operating room. The medical personnel wore casual clothes and no gloves. They didn't explain the process or ask about my preferences. I was extremely nervous, especially since at one point, there were six people in the room, and I had no idea who they were or why they were there. When I was undressing before the operation, random people entered the room without permission or warning. A nurse even took selfies next to me while I was undressed. It's shocking. This was a total mess. I was also harassed by a customer coordinator who insulted me for wanting some privacy during such a vulnerable moment.

**Operation:** Something seems to have gone wrong because I'm bleeding heavily and will need to see my doctor when I return. I can't check the results as I'm bleeding constantly, even during my journey back to the hotel. It's excruciatingly painful, and I regret trusting MaxxClinic every single day. Fingers crossed that everything heals well, although it seems there are issues, but I can't be certain because I was denied a post-operation exam.

**Customer Service:** There was none. From the beginning to the end, I received no information, and I still don't have any contracts or documents I signed. They blamed me for not asking questions, but it's their responsibility to ensure a hassle-free experience for their clients. They told me the operation would take 30 minutes, but I was at the clinic from 11 am until around 5 pm. They claimed they gave me medications "for free," but I paid $1,500 for an all-inclusive experience. I had to remain in the car post-operation, bleeding, while they drove to pharmacies to get these medications (apparently, they couldn't do this beforehand). In summary, it felt like asking your grandma to take you to the dentist. She'd drive, make you nauseous, and scold you for everything. Except, grandma wouldn't take your money and kick you out.

This entire experience is a complete mess. Highly unprofessional. If they have any licenses, they should be revoked. I will seek legal assistance to hold them accountable because this is simply unacceptable. Please, never, ever put your life at risk with this clinic.

Update since they are obviously lying:
- the operation went wrong. I'm undergoing treatment now and will need a follow up surgery.
- I asked for a partial refund as it is seen in screenshots for services I didn't use as they refused me service, they declined
- I refused to delete my Google review and under no circumstances was asking them to refund me in exchange of me taking it down
- are they trying to prove with their car camera that I didn't get dizzy by their aggressive driving, lol?
- it's not possible to manipulate their own WA messages, will gladly provide them in court.

Hi I had the most memorable experience with Maxx clinic. They are efficient with all the necessary questions and information they require to make sure you have safe and successful procedure .

From start to finish, I’m glad I chose maxxclinic.
First contact and discussing my options was brilliant after sending photos to make a better informed decision if I was suitable for the surgery I’d requested, we where able to set a date that fitted the short window I had. An itinerary was drawn up for me to review and confirm. When I arrived I had my clinic liaison and driver waiting for me at the airport, they gave me a mobile Wi-Fi hub to use while I was here so even if I was out exploring during my stay I could still keep in touch with them if I needed anything. We then headed off to the hospital to have blood testes and X-rays taken to make sure I was in good health to have my surgery. Next it was off to my hotel, chosen by the staff at maxx clinic. (You do have the option to book your own) but with a Lovely sea view room, right on the coast it’s was good choice. The next AM was surgery day, I was picked up from the hotel by my clinic liaison and taken to the hospital where I meet with my surgeon. After an introduction and a conversation about what I wanted to achieve from the surgery what type of liposuction I would be getting I was marked up and briefly explained the procedure. Next was Down to theatre with my clinic liaison as far as they were allowed to go. I come around from the survey and my clinic liaison is there to assure me everything was a success. I spend the night in the hospital under watch from the nurses. Next morning I have a visit from the surgeon to check me over and give the all clear to go back to my hotel. I am then taken back to my hotel to rest in a more comfortable environment while still having the freedom to explore the local area.
Every morning during my stay I was contacted for updates on how I was, if I needed anything or needed assistance to get anywhere and for pictures of progress for the doctors to review.
After 2 days my clinic liaison come to see me in person and make sure everything was ok with everything so far. After exploring the city and it’s scenery for a few days. Is was picked up once more one day before my flight and taken back to the hospital for my final check in. Fresh dressings and medication in hand i has given the all clear and taken back to a local mall to finish my last day in the sun shopping.
Home time. I’m now currently back in the uk with my after care and medication and are still contacted to make sure I’m still recovering ok.

Over all 10/10 for patient care and consideration would use them again in the future 100%

I went for a gastric sleeve on 15/05/23, I was so nervous and worried. I am one of those who thinks of worst case scenario! However, I arrived at the airport and greeted by our translator. I immediately felt at ease, we was taken to the hospital, shown around and introduced to the nurses. We were told to go enjoy ourselves and all tests will commence the day after.
We went around the area, got our final teas and had a nice evening.
The next day, we had all our tests, including, blood tests, heart and stomach scans, xrays, endoscopy etc etc. The same day, we had the surgery. Dr Namik was my surgeon and he was AMAZING! He speaks amazing English so this is very reassuring, he was kind, and chatty, ensuring we felt at ease all the way through.
We had regular blood tests after, and a leak test to make sure everything went ok.
We checked out, into the hotel provided by MAXX Clinic were it was beach front and a spa hotel.
The after care has been really good, I am still in contact with them at present, where I message daily for advice and support. They reply straight away and support where they can.

I would highly recommend MAXX clinic.
Overall experience of WLS, and if you are thinking about it however, I would take a companion with you, just simply because of your own nerves etc. and they are paid for, supplied with breakfast, dinner and tea.

I'm so grateful for the fantastic service I received from Maxx Clinic. My details were passed to them after I made an enquiry on the WhatClinic website. I wanted to get quotes and information for a Gastric Sleeve surgery in Antalya. I chose this resort as I thought it would be lovely to spend some recovery time by the sea afterwards, instead of in a big city like Istanbul.

Their quote was very competitive, and they were able to accommodate additional requests for me. They answered every question I asked and the process was very easy. The dates I wanted were available and they were able to confirm which surgeon would be available. I was given the surgeons name so that I could do my own research. I was happy with the surgeon choice and I was able to make payments using a payment card. A lot of companies are now just accepting cash only as payment, but I personally do not like to travel with a lot of cash on me, so this was ideal.

On arrival to Antalya we were greeted at the airport by my translator for the week - Sude. Sude did an excellent job for me. After admittance into hospital, as part of the preoperative process it's mandatory to see to 5 doctors from different specialist areas and Sude made this as quick and efficient as possible. The hospital room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the nurses on the ward were very attentive and friendly. I really appreciated the encouragement to get up and walking about after my surgery.

For anyone wondering about recovery time, it will be different for everyone but I've been very surprised at how quick it has been for me. That's not to say it's all been pleasant, when I came round from the anaesthesia I was in a lot of pain, which is now just a haze of a memory. I was given pain medication which knocked me out for a while and when I came round again the pain was much duller. Following the next painkiller I was left just feeling tender. 6 hours post op the nurse had helped me sit up and get out of bed for a walk. It was so much easier than I was anticipating. I walked up and down the corridor for half an hour..this helps with preventing DVT's but also to release the gas from surgery which causes the most pain. I was comfortable through the night. The following day instead of waiting for the lift I asked if we could take the 7 flights of stairs to the x-ray room where the leak test was conducted. I knew the exercise was good for recovery and was not in any pain. I was then given a liquid diet for the rest of the day to see how I managed. I was told if all was well I would be discharged the following day. The surgeon also comes to do a couple of checks following surgery to complete his due diligence.

The following morning, the dietician arrived and had a lengthy chat regarding post op nutrition. This was very informative. An electronic guide is also provided. Post-op Dietician support via WhatsApp group has been provided for the next year also. I was then given a month's supply of nutrition and medication. The only pain medication I received after my surgery day, was paracetamol.

Following discharge from the hospital I was taken to the lovely hotel close by which was on the main beachfront with a lovely sea view. By the end of the day I had walked over 10,000 steps and was not in any kind of pain or discomfort. My pain was minimal and I didn't think I needed to take any more paracetamol.

This morning was my travel day home, they collected me from the hotel and took me to the airport.

I plan to come back and use Maxx Clinic for more services in the future and can highly recommend it to anyone interested in having surgery in Antalya.

Highly recommend Maxx Clinic. The booking process was smooth and efficient. You are given your daily plan for the course of your stay so you know what to expect. At the last minute I had a change of plans and had no childcare for my son. They were very understanding and arranged for family rooms at the hospital and hotel so he could come along with my partner and I!

Im only 3 weeks post tummy tuck and liposuction and although Im still swollen Im already ecstatic with my results. The translator/assistant that meets you at the airport, checks in on you regularly and makes sure you are ok and have everything you need multiple times per day.

The pre op checks are extensive and really put my mind at ease when it came to fearing surgery complications. The nurses are amazing, always checking in on you and there for you at the press of a button if required. They are like angels for them first few days when you cant do much for yourself and make sure you're at the best you can be for your release to the hotel.

The hotel was nice, spacious and airy with great air con and a view of the beach and balcony. I couldnt think of a better place to recover with juice bars outside and a wealth of nutritious food at your fingertips.

I will definitely be back for a future surgery, or two. Thank you!

Maxx Clinic was great from the te I started my process over whatsapp to the time they took us back to the airport. Translator and driver were awesome. Surgeon and Dr were awesome. Hotel was right on the Mediterranean Sea. Surgery was successful and I am very happy with my arm and breast lift.

Would recommend maxxclinic to everyone needing cosmetic surgery, looked after from landing at the airport in Antalya. Picked up and took to hospital when needed, provided with meds when needed. Could not fault them at all! The only reason I went with these is because of all the 5 star reviews and I’m glad I did!

Amazing clinic! We was very skeptical going abroad for your surgery but we are very glad we did. Me and my mom both had full tummy tucks with muscle repair and lipo. From the moment we landed at the airport in Turkey we were greeted by the most amazing women who stayed with us throughout our stay and was at our side if ever we needed them. The procedure was amazing, our surgeon made sure we was 100% happy with the planning of the procedure and made sure it’s 100% correct decision for us. He spent a lot of time going over any issues we had or questions, we walked us to the surgery room holding my hand reassuring my nerves. After the procedure was over we had amazing nurses who made our stay extra special! We had pain relief when we wanted (within the time scales) always had strict diet food one call of the button they were there within seconds. Our surgeon came into us once we was awake, dressed and comfortable to have a check on us and our prosecute, he fully explained how the operation went and if there was any issues (which there wasn’t). We were given pain relief to take with us throughout our stay and even when he got back to the UK. Mom had a small allergic reaction to the surgery tape and this was dealt with very quickly! She saw a doctor who specialises in this area who prescribes my mom cream to apply for no extra cost.

We stayed in hospital for 3 nights and got transported to our hotel with an amazing see view!! We enjoyed the rest of our recovery here it’s was such an amazing experience. We was checked on every day but all the amazing team at Maxx clinic.

On the Friday 2 days before flying home, we was collected and taken back to our surgeon for a full examination and dresseing changes. AMAZING PEOPLE!! We had very positive feedback from our surgeon, there were a few more doctors and professions on hand Incase there was any issues (which there wasn’t). We still (after being back in the UK one week) have 24 hour contact Incase of any questions and they check on us daily and send texts of our progress of our recovery.

I couldn’t of picked a better clinic to organise my treatment, they really do think of every last detail in full. They really have your interests at heart. We will be coming back for further surgery as we have no doubt at all. My partner is coming may for surgery also!

10/10 experience from my perspective. What made it great. The English speaking liaison was great. She wouldn’t let me lift a finger and was essential in translation and was always there we I needed and gave me privacy when I needed that too.

The doctor and staff that they are partnered with are clearly well trained and experienced.

The accommodations at Corner Hotel was amazing also. I had great ocean views, free buffet breakfast. The boardwalk is amazing to walk with amble restaurants.

The communication was appropriate and nothing was missed including transportation and medication.

Well what can I say other than my experience at maxx clinic was incredible.
From the day I researched many many clinics maxx clinic stood out from so many.
I was so apprehensive as to what I would find this was my main worry but wow 🤩
I was treated like a queen, nothing was too much trouble the ladies who stayed with me throughout it all were out of this world
