Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I never received my dress sadly so I can’t review it. I put my order in on 14th of December and paid for next day delivery. On the 20th December I emailed asking if it was on the way no response. I then sent 4 more emails and eventually on the 3rd of January I was told my emails had gone into their “junk” folder. Here we are 10 days later and still no refund in my account. Awful service. I’m going to contact my bank tomorrow as it’ll be one month since placing my order.
Sort yourselves out!

Brilliant company, lovely dresses. Highly recommend!
What a refreshing change - an online company that has a quick, no quibble, immediate refund policy. Ordering was easy (apart from being spoilt for choice!), the dress I chose was so pretty but the style just wasn’t right so I returned it. My refund was acknowledged by email and came through in full within a week. I won’t hesitate to order from Maya Deluxe again. Really excellent!

I bought the maya pink floral embroidery lehenga set which looked absolutely beautiful on and was very lightweight. I felt so elegant wearing it and would definitely buy from Maya Delux again. Their products are stunning. Well done.

I reached out to the team at Maya Deluxe due to an issue I had with needing to change the size of a dress. My return email was dealt with by Isabelle and I honestly couldn't be more grateful for her help. She was so helpful, kind and understanding. Totally turned a situation that, for a future bride could have been very stressful into an extremely easy solution. I am very very grateful for her kind, quick and seamless help. I couldnt recommend a better company. Right from the start their customer service was above and beyond. No question was silly and they did their upmost to help me. I purchased my 3 bridesmaids dresses and I couldnt be happier with them. I had to return one for a bigger size and I received it within a week. Genuine lovely, polite and caring staff. I 100% recommend them 👌

I originally purchased this dress in a size 14 as I figured it was better to size up when ordering online. When it arrived it was too big for me so I reached out to the customer services team. I spoke to a lovely lady called Beth, who directed me to the size guide and told me where to measure and what that meant. She must have been on the phone with me for almost half an hour and never did I feel like an inconvenience. It turns out, I'm a 12! She then went on to explain that unfortunately there is almost no consistency in women's sizes in the industry and is a very flawed system. I now have the perfect size, and I just love it. Reach out to the customer services team before buying if you're not sure!

The staff are so polite and helpful! I called to see if delivery’s is possible to Nederland and the lady helped me in my mother tongue and very politely also. Very surprising and better service than of most places I go to here. Dat deed me echt glimlachen, bedankt 💖💖💖

Really great customer service
Really great customer service. I messed up my return (sent the dress to wrong company!) and Maya Deluxe were easily contactable. They agreed to extent the returns window for me. I also lost my order slip and they talked me through what information to include in my return to make sure I still got a refund.

Lovely dresses, great fit & quality
I will always recommend Maya Deluxe now! Having stumbled across it online while searching for a bridesmaid dress, I ordered a total of 6 dresses over 2 orders. Delivery was really fast. The sizing is spot on and the quality is really good. Returned 5, kept one, and the refunds were issued promptly.

I received my two bridesmaids dresses however they weren’t the colour I had hoped for so I got in touch with customer services and spoke to a lovely lady she responded quickly too and has been really helpful and managing to exchange for the colour hopefully that was intended to originally be . Great dresses and fantastic customer service
Very responsive and friendly customer services.
I ordered 7 dresses to give my bridesmaids a choice of styles and colours.
The dresses are gorgeous, lovely quality and very very reasonably priced.
A few needed to be returned as I only have 3 bridesmaids, the return process was very easy.
I noticed that my amount due to be refunded was not correct and reached out to the team, who immediately rectified this and ensured that another item I had returned to be exchanged for another size, was dispatched quickly.
A pleasure to deal with and I can’t compliment the dresses enough. Very happy and would order from Maya again. Highly recommend
