In November 2021 I started the collaboration with Mayfair Immigration and Mr. Mohsin Uddin for my immigration case and I strongly recommend him.
His expertise and dedication were invaluable throughout the entire process. He was able to explain complex legal concepts in a way that was easy for me to understand, and always kept me informed of any updates or changes to my case.
He answered my questions and provided guidance, and he was patient and understanding throughout this complex process (2021 - 2023).
Thanks to Mohsin's work, my applications for the British visa and residence were successful. I could not have done it without him, and I would recommend these services to anyone in need of an immigration solicitor.

We experienced quite an unusual and complex application for a spouse visa. This process was extremely stressful for my wife and I but John and Mohsin guided us through this in a very professional manner to achieve a positive outcome, amazing. Thank you very much, this has truly changed our life’s.

Our immigration case was handled by Mohsin at the start of the difficult Ukraine crisis of 2022. Mohsin quickly processed our case with great diligence, professionalism and scrutiny of all forms, letters and scanned documents.
Three of the documents that I submitted had slight inaccuracies or issues that would have significantly delayed or resulted in a rejected application for a visa. Mohsin discovered these human errors made on my part and advised me accordingly.
This was all made on a very reasonable fee basis.

The process went as smoothly as I could have imagined and although the process may have been completed by myself, the assistance I received from Mayfair Immigration took a massive load of pressure off my mind over a very difficult and new process. It was reassuring to know that if our case was rejected, Mayfair Immigration would appeal the case free of charge.

Thankfully, the case went through with no delays as a result of our action but due to the Ukraine war and UK Home Office lags. Mohsin was a great source of information during the waiting phase with regular checks on the process and regular updates and estimates on how long the case should take.
I am glad I went with Mayfair. Mohsin is an asset to the team .

Thank you for saving me alot of hassle for a very important task, Mohsin.

The staff at the office were also really helpful and always on hand to answer any queries, friendly and helpful. You're doing a great job. Thanks for all your help. Azina
