Great end to end purchase experience
Their inventory are current with great price points. The team was quick to respond to my enquiries and had actuvely updated me throughout the shipping process. They also take their QC very seriously and ordered a new pc for me when the bag their team received had some pressure marks on the leather. Highly recommend!

second time buying from mayfeyr. bag is beautiful and delivery was fast. just a little sad it didn’t come with a box this time since it was meant to be a gift, unlike my first purchase. other than that, everything is great. love this store!

General positive purchase experience
Trustworthy retailer! Due to shipment delay, the team personally delivered the bag and was also surprised by a box of cupcakes given together.
The packaging and delivery process can be further improved. There was no official receipt given from the actual store in Milan. The bag was received very warm upon delivery (placed in car boots?)…not sure if it was taken good care of during the process as prolonged exposure to excessive heat will be harmful to leather goods.
