Please accept our apologies for the delays you experienced, however due to us not stocking the parts your machine required for it's service we could not issue as date straight away. However the parts arrived into our warehouse and the Service team contacted you immediately and booked this in for the next day as they were aware of your urgency.

Poor service
Lack of notification of site visits despite 48 hours notice required and still trying to charge.
High turnover of staff means regular change of contact.
Poor customer service around breakdowns and aggressive management despite having Gold Contract.

We welcome all feedback and see negative reviews as an opportunity for improvement, however in this instance we feel this review has been left unfairly for the following reasons.
1. Lack of notification – We had notified the site of our visit more than 48 hrs before the visit. Your site engineer went off sick and did not communicate to anyone else he had confirmed our visit. We have email confirmation of this.
2. High turnover of staff – A single sales person had been looking after your site for two years, he then took an internal sales role where he still supported RWE. A new person replaced the external role. This is not a high turnover in staff.
3. Poor customer service around breakdowns – The last visit the site had was on the 15th of August 2022, we attended the site the same day and identified the issue which you were not charged for as per your service agreement. A part was required which was ordered on the 16th of August once we had authorization, and fitted on the 25th of August when it arrived. I don’t see this as poor customer service.
4. Why has it been five months between our last visit in August 2022 , immediately after which the review invitation was sent, and today when the negative review was received. This seems a little unusual.
We are very happy to discuss this further with a meeting should you wish to.

If you phone our main line out of hours, you will be directed to our voicemail after 3 rings which then provides you with the emergency call out phone number. Once again, please accept our apologies for they inconvenience this may have caused.

Excellent Service Received.
We recently had to have a New Compressor installed as our existing unit had come to the end of its life after 20yrs.
Unfortunately the new unit failed after 10 days due to a major fault in the motor. Maziak very quickly found us a replacement and lent us a Diesel Unit to keep us running until it was fitted.
