I went through a six week training program with Sidi and secured offers from McKinsey and BCG.

After already having invested my time in reading some casebooks and doing interviews with random case partners, my frustration and insecurity was high when I first talked to Sidi as I was MISSING key elements to consistently solve a variety of cases. Sidi's coaching is extremely helpful and valuable, as it brings not only thorough case understanding but also a mindset transformation. More precisely, Sidi helped me to improve my overall case approach. For instance, my way of setting up and especially communicating structures changed fundamentally. First of all I got an offer from McK and I think Sidi's coaching was a crucial for my success. Further, I think there are 3 aspects why I think Sidi's coaching is worth your time, effort and money:
1. Sidi is a former Engagement Manager at McK and he found a unique way to solve cases that is so simple but hard to master: you need to understand how you want to solve the case. This is very hard but his program closely guides you through a learning journey to reach a point where no case (or question) is a challenge for you. I have not seen a program able to achieve that!
2. Even if I had not received the offer the mindset and strategic thinking I learned honestly completely transformed the way I think, talk and act. This has a huge impact on my daily life, work and career!
3. I got connected to outstanding peers through Sid's coaching who are absolutely phenomenal and so much more fun to train with. Even some friendships developed out of the training sessions with other Mentees

One last word, I think Sidi's program is simply the best.

Definitely do the MBB Interview Masterclass! It will save you a lot of work and frustration!!! Before I decided to invest in this program, I had already read case books, done many cases alone or with case partners. However, I was not able to solve cases consistently well and was already doubting whether consulting was for me at all. This is why I reached out to Sidi to finally get proper senior guidance.

The rigorous approach and way of thinking about the case and the fundamental questions to be answered opened my eyes! I could not have found this in any book for sure.

After internalizing what I learned, I was really able to reliably structure every case, and it no longer felt like an unsolvable task. In the end I got offers from KPMG, Parthenon, BCG, Bain and McKinsey and chose BCG. Sidi even took the time to give me an insiders view (he worked for both firms) and talk to me about the differences between McKinsey and BCG for free!

This preparation was from my point of view absolutely critical to secure an offer from McKinsey. I was able to get the offer already in the first round with no need to do a fourth interview. Furthermore, Sidi seems still to be well known within McKinsey, as a consultant from the Firm mentioned him during a conversation during the dinner prior the interview day.

I am incredibly thankful for the excessive coaching and mentorship that Sidi has provided to me! I have just been offered consulting positions at McKinsey and BCG within the last 48 hours… I still can hardly believe it. :) Just a couple of weeks ago I was almost desperate, not knowing how to pull off consistently good interview performances and thinking through big and highly complex case studies. I had extensively worked with the typical resources like LOMS, Case in Point, used different case partners, but I was stull struggling a lot. But this programme has COMPLETELY OPENED MY EYES on how to approach cases and how to think about literally any possible business problem! Nobody had pointed this out to me in such a clear way. In our first initial call, Sidi mapped out a rigorous 6 weeks preparation plan for me, which included expert sessions and group workshops. The goal was for me to really absorb and internalize the core principles that would allow me to tackle any strategic business question (this was centered around value creation, qualitative and quantitative driver tree creation, how to rigorously address the specific client question(s), how to exhibit sharp and crystal clear communication etc.).

On top of that, Sidi even put me in contact with current consultants at McKinsey before my interviews! So I could have informal chats with them to discuss very specific questions that I had regarding one of the functional practices at McK.

So in my view, booking this coaching programme is a no brainer. It is by far the best way to ensure that you get to the level needed for an offer at the top consulting firms! I would definitely not have been able to pull this off without this incredible guidance!
