Really friendly workers! Very reasonable price was quoted & work was done within 2 days of the quote been given. Really happy with the front & back wooden cladding painted - has made a big improvement towards the aesthetic of the house! Thanks again MB Roofing 👍🏻
MB Roofing — from the first message to the final clean-up, the whole experience just felt easy and stress-free. Martin was a big reason we chose them in the first place. He replied so quickly every time we got in touch, which is surprisingly rare, and it immediately gave us confidence. Nathan came round to measure for the quote and was just as great — friendly, informative, straightforward, and no pressure at all, just explained what they could do and gave us options. When the work started, the team just got stuck in. No messing about, no breaks — just a group of genuinely hardworking, polite guys who clearly take pride in what they do. They were easy to have around the house, even watching out for the dog going out the gate, always friendly, and kept us in the loop the whole way through so we knew exactly what was going on. The transformation has been amazing. Our roof has been completely rebuilt and looks fantastic, with new fascia boards and gutters to match. On top of that, they also replaced the flooring in our living room and kitchen — and even moved out all the kitchen cabinets for us, which was massively appreciated. They also left everything spotless. No skip needed, no mess left behind — they took all the rubbish away and even gave everything a proper clean and sweep before they left. What really surprised us was how quickly they worked without cutting corners. We were told to expect around three days for the roof and another day for the flooring, but they somehow completed everything in just two days — and to a really high standard. All in all, just a genuinely great company to deal with. Hardworking, reliable, and reasonably priced. We’d absolutely recommend Martin and the team to anyone.
A really very negative experience. Whoever came to visit for a quote [not wearing MB branded shirt?] did not know the first thing and talked rubbish - he mentioned we were lucky not to have a leak because leading we had placed [by a Builder] to direct water flow, he thought had 'fallen' from the roof??? He mentioned we had an old flat roof - which is in fact 2 years old! Very very very disappointed at his lack of knowledge & non-existent personal & communication skills. We will NOT be recommending. He said he did mot use drones [despite their website mentioning them] as they were difficult to operate?
& now I believe MB Roofing to be a potential scam as every number on their website & also checkatrade website leads to 0208 168 1608 who are Brookstone Roofing based in Surrey?
Finally none of their positive trustpilot or checkatrade reviews are visible?
No one [surprisingly] from MB are returning my calls!
MB Roofing, if you want the work done properly with care and precision, this is the company for you. Not the cheapest but by God are they worth it.
