The survey was carried out quickly, the report was thorough and the price was very good

McCallums did a structural survey on a house we are buying. The survey was completed in a timely manner and we were kept informed of every step. The report provided was very through and provided all the information we needed. The service was good value for money. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I needed another property surveying

Really pleased with the service from McCallums - we got a level 3 building survey on a February discount however unfortunately we didn't end up going through with the house we were going to purchase and they were kind enough to keep the payment on account for a couple months. As soon as we found our next property they got the survey booked in straight away. We received the full report a day after the survey took place. Very easy and quick communications via email. Highly recommend especially as a first time buyer.

After using a comparison website to find a company to do a home buyers Level 2 report ahead of a house purchase I had to choose one that was in my budget range and could do it fairly quickly.

After getting lots of quotes, Mccallums seemed good value for money so I paid my fee and left the details of the estate agent with them. I didn’t really have to do anything else, they contacted the agent and arranged access, completed the survey, filed their report and it was all done within about 10 days so it was all really efficient. I was more than happy using McCallums and would recommend them.
