Dreadful quality
Trusted the staff’s recommendations for a large joint of beef for a centrepiece on New Year’s Eve, and made the mistake of not going with my gut feeling.
Bought a large ribeye joint which looked fine, but after cooking and trying to carve the joint, it was full of sinew and in the end we had to throw 60-70% away as it was impossible to separate any meat, only the very centre eye was edible.
I foolishly tried to save some money and in the end wasted a huge sum in the end. So this is the first and last time we shall ever buy anything from McKenzie’s, be very careful! An expensive lesson learned.

Blown Away
Delivery was within 2 business days. The quality is AMAZING! The packaging was incredible with ice packs and an insulated bag. I was home for delivery but I know that if I wasn’t it would have been okay.
I’ve recommended you to family and friends.

I got things wrong but after speaking…
I got things wrong but after speaking to them they offered me steak to make up Chicken very good as yet haven't tried their meat The only thing I didn't like was that I have to order monthly otherwise would get more meat

Great quality!
I usually buy the best quality meats from the supermarket, either organic or at least grass fed. I am shocked at how much better the quality is and the TASTE! It’s 100 times better than the best quality meat at the supermarket and I will never go back! Highly recommend, I will definitely be a regular customer from now on. Absolutely delicious 10/10!

Don’t bother ordering if you are in…
Don’t bother ordering if you are in Melbourne, my meat was in delivery for 8 days on and of the truck at least 3 times. No compensation offered by McKenzie meats. Just that they would refund any meat that was no-good. Which I felt wasn’t an acceptable response, to lose a week of freshness due to a delivery issue.

We pride ourselves on providing top-quality, great-tasting Grass-Fed & Finished meat products. All our Sydney Metro and interstate orders are delivered by a third-party cold chain courier company under controlled refrigerated conditions to ensure the quality and freshness of our products remain intact.
We apologize for the delay in shipping, which, unfortunately, is a common challenge with many logistics companies. All products are packed fresh with a 3-4 week shelf life unless frozen prior to delivery. We will always refund an order if an item is either missing or if a product doesn't reach you before its expiry date.
