Als ich die negativen Bewertungen gelesen hatte, hatte ich bedenken ob es alles mit der Lieferung klappt. Muss sagen es hat alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit geklappt. Die Kommunikation war super. Ware ist günstig und die Lieferung war schnell. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

I went to the MCM store in Conduit London. I had to most amazing service from Valeria. She made sure I was fit with the right bag. This store knocked it out of the park. They made the experience very personable. I will be back the next time I am in London.

Please help i make an order a bag costs 1310 euro and they said that they have send to me and they give a tracking number that saws that it steel haven’t left from them it they insist that they have send it i lost my money help i afraid

Relativ viel und regelmäßig von MCM gekauft. Natürlich nicht immer auf der online Website aber sonst war ich ein großer Fan des Labels. Das ändert sich jetzt schlagartig. Der Kundenservice ist absolut miserabel. Artikel werden defekt geliefert und das kurz vor Weihnachten, da ich nicht ohne Geschenk darstellen wollte, bat ich um einen Express Umtausch das wurde abgelehnt und ist nicht möglich. Dann bat ich wenigstens um einen kleinen Preisnachlass, um nicht ohne Geschenk dazustehen. Auch das war nicht möglich. Das können andere Labels definitiv besser Hier werde ich nicht mehr kaufen

I'm glad I came to read these reviews. People beware!!! This is a tiny company that it probably struggling to stay alive. They have 1 manager available. As in, if that person is gone for the day, no one can help you, so I was told. I've placed two orders with them only to find out the following day that my order was canceled due to lack of inventory. When I called customer service no one was able to explain to me what was exactly going on. I checked a month later to see if I could order again and there were the items still. Available! Just like last time. I asked to speak to a manager and that's when they told me that there is only one manager and was not available for the day. They told me to call the following day and i did and they told me the same thing, to call the following day. At this point, I do not trust this company and I know the customer service is terrible. It's probably 3 to 4 people working from a garage honestly.

Ich und mein Mann haben uns ab und zu Taschen/Gürtel und Kleidung von MCM gegönnt, obwohl man weiß dass bei solchen Produkten eher für den Name bezahlt wird als auf die Qualität.
Ich habe online ein Shirt im Sale bestellt von 230€ auf 138€ reduziert.
Da es ein Geschenk sein sollte habe ich das Etikett dran gelassen und nur den Teil mit dem Preis abgeschnitten.
1 Woche später wollte ich noch eins für mich bestellen, der Artikel war dann nochmals auf 92 € reduziert!
Also rufe ich den Kundenservice an um nachzufragen ob ich beim 2. Shirt einen Nachlass oder ein Gutschein bekommen könnte.
(Weil ich dachte, oh große Marke, ist ein Weltkonzern u.s.w)
Der Kundenservice hat mir gesagt dass das Pech sei und sie es nicht zurückerstatten oder sonnst was aus Kulanz machen.
Also hab ich jetzt ein Geschenk im Schrank bei dem 46€ gespart hätte wenn ich es 1 Woche später bestellt hätte.
MCM "Weltmarke" einfach nur lächerlich.
Wir werde nicht mehr bei euch bestellen oder kaufen.

Habe mir ein T-Shirt dieser Marke gekauft, Made in Nord Korea stand drauf! Also über 200 Euro für ein Shirt von Sklaven produziert! MCM gehört einem raffgierigem Chinesen das darf man nicht kaufen....... Die Qualität war auch nicht besser als ein Shirt von C&A 100% Baumwolle..... Aber mehr als 20x mehr € dafür.

Sehr guter Kundendienst. Meine Anliegen wurden innerhalb eines Tages gelöst. Dies bezieht sich auf eine telefonische sowie schriftliche Anfrage. Produkte kamen in einem vorbildlichen Zustand bei mir an. Immer wieder würde ich bei MCM kaufen.

Ich habe am 27.10.2023 eine Tasche bestellt, am Tag der Bestellung waren von diesem Model noch über 10 Stück lieferbar und am 30.10. wurde die Bestellung wieder von MCM storniert da sie keine Tasche mehr hätten. Ganz ehrlich das ist doch mehr als peinlich, entweder machen die keine Inventur oder die Tasche wurde unter der Hand verkauft, weil es auf diese Tasche einen Rabatt gab. So oder so, absolut unproffessionel.

Habe eine Mütze bestellt und einen cardholder bekommen. Kundenservice meinte das es vorkommen kann. Lächerlich nie wieder bestelle ich da nochmal.

The belt that I wanted happens to be reversible. I've NEVER reversed it I like the normal way. The buckle unclips from my belt atleast 10 times everytime I wear it. I never wear it for longer then an hour. If you're going to act like a designer brand and charge like one, make it right🤣 I shouldn't have to say this

Katastrophaler Kundendienst und scheinbar nur einseitige (zum eigenen Vorteil) durchgeführte Qualitätskontrolle. Habe einen Gürtel in Gr.100cm bestellt und 70cm geliefert bekommen. Konnte den Gürtel nicht mal anprobieren, da viel zu klein. Am gleichen Tag retourniert und dann eine Email zu bekommen, das der Gürtel Gebrauchsspuren aufweise. Eine absolute Frechheit. Tschüss MCM

Ein weiteres Mal besuchten wir den MCM-Shop am Kurfürstendamm. Die Atmosphäre beim Betreten des Shops ist für mich ein Stück Magie, die herrlich schönen Artikel, das herzliche Willkommen, die Kompetenz des MCM-Teams, einfach fantastisch. Mit viel Zeit und in aller Ruhe darf man sich inspirieren lassen. Jedesmal ist es Erlebnis, abgesehen von den wunderschönen Artikeln ist selbst die Verpackung schon ein Hingucker. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen den MCM-Shop am Kurfürstendamm zu besuchen.

I purchased the Aren shopper MCM bag for my wife from the MCM online store in February 2023. The interior zipper pocket ripped within the first few months of use. Upon contacting MCM I was told it could not be returned. MCM emails to customer service required me to provide proof of purchase, photos of the damage and authenticating the merchandise before they would do anything. After providing the information, I was told that a repair shop would reach out to me. Again I had to provide photos of the damage or torn inside pocket, proof of purchase and authentication. Heck, did I not just do all this ??? Finally I received and email back saying that it could be repaired. I sent the bag in and have been waiting for its return? I will never purchase another MCM product!

I purchased a pair of MCM Crocs in June the same day they dropped. About 34 days after my purchase, the $390.00 shoe broke. The strap separated from the Croc. MCM refused to fix it or even replace the shoes. The shoes still look brand new. I have been waiting for 2.5 weeks for someone to return my call. Please don't purchase the MCM Crocs.

I’m so disappointed
I ordered the MCM crocs as anyone knows they are a bit pricey! I was so excited to get them. Only to open them and the gold had scuffs they’re new, it seems to me that they weren’t buff good. That’s not all its glue showing in different places all over the shoe. I contacted the company MCM worldwide, they had a supervisor to call me back. Talking to the supervisor and explaining everything to him, and oh plus I have photos and was willing to send them to him. I was told he could only offer a very small refund. I wasn’t satisfied with that for as much as I paid for crocs. I was hesitant to return them as my size could be sold out, or the next pair could be worst, also I be read horrible stories about returns. After going round and round I was told I can return or get a very small refund! Now here the kicker, if I except the refund, it will be a as is sale. No warranty! Now why would I take the very small refund to have no warranty!!!! Please read reviews before putting your hard earned money out!!!! So disappointed!!!!

By far the worst company I ever dealt with. I purchased an item for a friend of mine that was on sale for Father’s Day a pair of slides they are originally 210.00 they were on sale I got them for 156.90 to make a long story short he went to the store in the Galleria Houston Tx to exchange for a bigger size a older lady told him those were bought on sale and she can’t return them after telling the lady he don’t want to return them he need a bigger size, she said she couldn’t exchange he didn’t have the receipt so he let me know he couldn’t exchange the slides so I called the store and spoke to a sales Rep by the name of Joseph I gave him the order # he said he would look into it and give me a call back. after a hour or so he did call me back to let me know since the slides was on sale he would have to return the slides and sale me the size I need a regular price. I explained to the gentleman that that doesn’t make any sense to me it’s within the 30 days I just need to exchange for a larger size I was told that’s the way they have to do it due to the slides are no Longer on sale. The math just isn’t mathing. I contacted the customer service department I was told I have to mail the slides back purchase the slides again at regular price once I get a shipping # give customer service a call and ask them to honor the price at which I paid the first time. Are you kidding me who has time for that. I feel they tell you that foolishness because they know people do not have time to go through that rigmarole. So I have to pay 71.00 dollars to get the size he need. This place is a joke never ever again will I purchase anything else from MCM nor will I purchase any of there merchandise from any vendor.

I bought the bag as I thought all customs, duties and taxes were already included. The website showed AUD. Now I have to deal with customs headache as Fedex said there is no invoice included in the parcel. I contacted MCM so many times trying to solve this. First MCM said to include the Order Confirmation email, but Fedex still held my bag at custom. I contacted MCM again asking if they could something from their end. NOTHING! Customer service from a so called BOUTIQUE company is total rubbish! They did not even offer any assistance at all. All they kept telling me to do is to talk to Fedex, although I told them I've been speaking with Fedex so many times, either by emails, phone and messages! This is the first time I bought something from this rubbish shop and will be my last one ever!

Staff communication is below standard and the call centre staff have no idea about how to communicate with customers - yes customers who are spending big amount to purchase this so called designer brand MCM.

Can someone please tell me how to get to the complaints team of this so called brand MCM. I have been banging my head with their staff via an email and they have no clue about anything. They only know how to say it's against company's policy and when you ask for a copy of the policy, they say - sorry they can't share LOL.

If anyone from MCM is reading this review then contact me. I'll send some stupid emails drafted by your staff to show how efficient they are - NOT.
