I have tried contacting them on serval occasions with no response from them, it says 24-hour communication.
will not buy from them again and not recommend people to purchase from this company.

I join the other people who have written to say this is a scam. My order was missing pieces, my email was undeliverable and the phone number is some unfortunate person who was nice enough to answer the phone and repeat “scam”.

On August 25, 2024 I ordered 4 patterns. I spent $50.38 I only received one pattern. I am unable to contact the company to get my patterns. The phone call to the number provided was answered by a lady that only said the word scam. The email address listed only goes back to the ordering site. PayPal denied the claim because I did not file a police report. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM!!!

I got my pattern but I think I'm missing pieces. The pattern is very hard to understand too. The directions are British English, the pattern pieces are in Spanish, and I'm winging it at this point because I can't find any tutorials on the website, Facebook or YouTube. Very disappointed.

Never received the order paid for. Fake email address and fake WhatsApp. Never received a reply to my numerous emails. Total scam. PayPal also fake

one star , because we can't leave less. I ordered a pattern that I never received. They give whats'app number, email address for costumer service, but they never answer. The phone number they give on their website is a fake one. They take the money, but have no consideration for their costumers.

Egentligen förtjänar dom ingen stjärna alls, men det måste man ju ge. Ett riktigt bluff företag. Beställde och betalade för ett mönster och fick ett helt annat. Skickat skärmdump på det jag beställde - beställningsbekräftelsen från dom. Och en skärmdump på det jag fick, nedladdningsbart mönster. Svarar inte på mail, omöjliga att få kontakt med.
