Veronica, who runs the place, was wonderful and spent about an hour with me on the phone... I'm an invalid w/ no ins but will be on Medicare in a month, and I'm covered in ringworm. I only came here for a starter (30 day) Rx of oral terbinafine, which I took 10 years ago (3 rounds), with ZERO side-effects. No liver effects. I haven't left the house in 2 years. Veronica cares, as does Hannah, who was filling in on the phone when I called back a final time and she gave me enough info to realize there would be no point in persisting. FIVE STARS for both of them. Sadly, they don't decide who gets an Rx. A Dr Crystal Broussard immediately denied my request for the terbinafine, saying I need to see a doc (preferably a specialist) in person. Broussard knows (or should) that in-person exams of rashes often result in the wrong diagnosis. Thus, she insults my intelligence. I neither need nor can afford a specialist. I called cust service again and Veronica suggested I reply to the doc's short passing of the buck. I did so and furnished additional info that was plenty for her to make the right decision. She ignored me. "What's the worst thing that could happen from writing this Rx?", I asked. She couldn't answer. This is not okay. This is NOT high-stakes medicine. Each day, my nightmare gets worse. Time is of the essence! She saw one of my photos showing fingers with both eczema and the ringworm. She refused to interact with me in order to do her job. If telemedicine isn't for a case like mine, then WHO EXACTLY is it for?? No stars for Dr Broussard.

I've been a customer for awhile and very happy with them till today. I would usually get my diebatic and highblood pressure medicine through them but this time around I just needed my blood pressure medicine. Everytime without fail they will only ask to submit my lab work which I did but this time for some reason I was asked to submit a visit summary, if im not able to provide that they can only issue a 30 day supply which they normally give me a 3 month supply. No explanation on why itbwas required after i told her i nevet had submit one before. They received the most important documents showing my blood work, not sure why they need a sheet showing my visit details to give me my high blood pressure medicine that I've been getting for a long time. I used mdanywere for the convenience but not no more. As I said for the WHOLE time I was with MD, I was finally asked about the visit summary. If it's for my safety, you would have figured it would have been asked frequently, not just out of the blue.

Man my Dr appt got pushed back and I'm an Over the Road truck driver that can't always get back home I was looking for a way to get my BP med refilled and found MDanywhere.
