I placed an order in May 2025 and it is October 2025 and I have yet to receive the items. I have emailed their customer service and requested a refund several times but the email response is that the order is being shipped and will not give me a refund. I doubt anything will ever be shipped to me nor will I get a refund. Beware of this company.

I never received my books. They quickly answer emails with a canned response that they are working on the problem and to be patient.

They string you along to get past the time you can dispute the charges.

Scam company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them. You will regret it.

Meanwhiley is a scam! I've been waiting almost 3 months for my flowers. They will answer your emails to stall you until it's to late to do a charge back which is 2 months. Very clever. Also they will not provide a tracking number which your delivery should have from China.

I'm giving these artificial flowers a 5 because they are gorgeous. But it did take 2 months to get them. At one point I just gave up and was Hella mad that I was scammed. I will not be ordering anything from this company again. Takes forever. I won't be ordering anything from overseas. Next time I order anything online, I will do my research first.

I ordered artificial flowers on April 4th
Still haven't received them and have emailed the company on multiple occasions to be told sorry for the delay
It is now June 8th. It should not be this difficult to order a product online and expect good results

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever ordered from. After several emails, I finally received the artificial flowers that I bought. They advertise them as a bundle, but they are not you get a cheaply made one artificial flower. Obviously a bundle to them is different than what a bundle is to me. Definitely requesting my money back and don’t listen to the TikTok and Facebook advertisements on these flowers because they are not true. Each bundle was supposed to do a whole pot for flowers. Very deceptive in their ad and their description. Do not order from this company.

This company or people are a joke. Two months I’ve been waiting on some fake flowers. Tracking keeps saying in transit in CHINA, For 2 months. They will not refund my money or cancel my order.

Never received my order, I emailed the company several times and I would get the same answer each time saying my order has been shipped. Sorry for the delay and the inconvenience.

The absolute worst company on the face of the planet. I've been going back and forth with these idiots for 2 months I still have no package I am out of money and I keep getting the same stupid answer over and over and over again, "your package is in transit please be patient" ., no customer service number to call just a stupid AI with their stupid freaking answers I am so pissed off at this company I can't tell you don't ever buy from these assholes that's what I get for buying China crap!!!!!!!

I never received my order yet they insist it delivered by their tracking number. They could not provide a tracking number for the post office and told me "Sorry, we have indeed delivered it to you.
We recommend that you check the surveillance video at your door to see if the goods have arrived.
If it is not delivered, please go to the post office to find your package." Never, ever order from these crooks!

Ordered flowers a month ago. I've sent emails inquiring about my order. They blamed everything on the Trump tariffs and told me to be patient. Unbelievable!!!!! NOW I DONT HAVE ANY PRODUCT AND THEY HAVE MY $. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! BS SCAMMERS!!!I

Never got an order number! Their confirmation described my flower order incorrectly. Correspondence began at that point. They never answer my questions. Keep saying they will give me $5 for compensation for shipping and keep the flowers. I replied, "I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FLOWERS." Then they write back again stating they would compensate me $7 but I would have to send the flowers back to their Chinese warehouse. I recently filed a dispute (fraud) with a different company. Hopefully I won't have to do the same with this one. I've read that the company is in the US, but their products seem to come from China.

I, too ordered 2 bunches of artificial flowers on April 7,2025. The money ($24) has cleared my account and I haven’t even received a confirmation or a order number!!!😡

I ordered artificial flowers on April 5th ,2025 .it is now May 6th and i have received nothing except a note that my order has been processed and they have taken my money form PayPal. This is definitely a SCAM.

It is so sad that companies do these kind of things to people. All I know is God is my Avenger and protector. Those who scam people on purpose will face the judgment day and then I'll wonder if their souls will be satisfied. It is my prayer to my savior that this company be exposed for what it is. Most reviews say it is scam some are happy with their products. never received my product.

ZERO STARS ! I ordered END OF LIFE Planners (2 for price of 1), for a confirmed total price of $42.22 (I was billed $52.77). When not received, I contacted them. I received continuous conflicting information. The tracking # said it was sitting in a warehouse somewhere (for months). Then the tracking # magically changed, and said it was delivered. Followed by a problem in transit. Then again delivered. I filed a dispute with PayPal, but since they had tracking information, PayPal denied it. USPS says the items can’t be tracked. I went back to MeanWhiley to put in an insurance claim (shipping insurance was included in the cost), but now, after several attempts, they won’t respond. They strung me along for so long, that I can no longer file a claim with my credit card company. I’m out $52.77 (including the $10.55 additional amount they actually stole), shipping insurance they won’t acknowledge, or assist with, and I still have not received my purchase. I believe this company is a total scam, and I wish I had looked here for reviews before I made my purchase. Don’t be a fool like me. AVOID MEANWHILEY AT ALL COSTS !!!

Point blank! They are a scam. My order has never been delivered to me but they have taken my money. They tell me it’s being fulfilled but that was 4 weeks ago and now they stopped responding to my emails. My first email was about 2 weeks ago. Don’t not buy from this company unless you have money to throw away. This is so unacceptable.

It has been weeks since I placed my order with Meanwhiley. They have my money, but I do not have the ordered product. I have been emailing them several times a week to get updates on the shipping status for the order I placed. The responses were always, "Be patient. You will receive the tracking information soon." The last email that I received stated that the order has been shipped. Not true!!! The order information is showing that the order is "in process." The shipping company, (JS Express} information states that the order will arrive between 04/05/-04/06/2022. Yes, they said the year is 2022!!!! Also, today is 04/20/2025 I definitely feel like I have been caught up in a scam!!! Next step... I will be contacting my credit card company and making a report to the FTC. Buyer beware!!!!!
