Steak was amazing just had ribeye steak and sirloin pack for £80 highly recommend, only reason not 5 stars was issue with delivery came 24 hours later than supposed to be, don't count on dpd to ever get things right.

Pleased with experience. Good quality meat cuts and the delivery through DPD was seamless. The meat arrived in a temp-controlled box and each steak was kept nice and refrigerated sealed in vacuum packaging.

Butty back bacon was nothing like lean back Danish bacon.If I could give a zero I would. Pre-packed full of water.

Your driver is very lazy he just left the parcel on the ground floor and rang my bell i am on the third floor so I had to go down and carry it back to my apartment I am disabled so I am not very happy

The meat but the delivery by pdp was rubbish they left it at no 2 the people there I wS lucky the dog didn't get at it

I have had a lot of deliveries from meat supermarket over the years and all have been excellent . Unfortunately Today I had part of the order missing. After E mailing them, I had a reply very quickly with a refund offered. I was very impressed with this customer service and will continue to use them. Good produce, a great choice and good prices. Freezing cold, really great quality. Delivery was as expected, in fact a little early and that was communicated by the driver The problem I had (of my own doing) was patiently explained and rectified. Thank you for that!! Will I be ordering again, absolutely.

the meat was delivered , the bacon had a short date on , the mince was brown , also the steak was brown as well . it cost me nearly 70 pounds so i expected decent meat for my money , i reported it to them and had a reply to say that it sometimes happens and when i cook the meat if its not good to contact them again. i will NEVERshop with them again , very upset

Ordered from here a few times and can't fault the meat really. It is what it says but I have noticed over the last 6 months or so that the 5kg of chicken breast have gone up £9. That's a massive increase. I won't be buying them at that price and unfortunately as you need to order a certain amount in money for delivery I can't see myself ordering again.

Meat supermarket’s website is easy to use, navigation is simple and the illustrations and information easy to follow. The selection process and payment process make it simple to complete an order. This is a good company to work with.

Ordered 5 kg of chicken breast and 4kg of defrosted chicken. Upon opening and weighting the defrosted chicken it was effectively 3.2kg overall. 0.8kg less than what it was advertised fairly frustrating and would not recommend or order again as you end up paying for water rather than actual chicken

Excellent quality meat, arrived fresh and on time, and a decent price.
