This is not a bitter review because I've had no luck, quite the opposite actually. I play on a few sites and over the last fortnight my luck finally landed and I banked over £3000 in different increments....none of which came from Mecca! Whether it's Mecca bingo or Mecca games they play the same, absolutely deplorable. I've been a member at their bingo site for years, and this is no word of lie, the last 3 years I've won zero! Not a quid or even a few pence on the bingo. Not a single line/share or even booby prize! So I stopped playing bingo and went to slingo, again no word of a lie, last week I ripped through 60 games at £1 and didn't even reach the minimum award of 5 lines once. So I now play slots mostly, but have learnt a harsh lesson with the Mecca brand, it doesnt matter what you play on their sites it's rigged to only pay out the bare minimum on EVERYTHING. any and every slot. IF you are lucky enough to scrape a bonus/scatter round (bear in mind it's easy to rip through hundreds before you'll see one land) it will only ever pay out the least amount it's obliged to. I play bigger bass and this site won't allow you passed the 1st round, EVER. out of all the sites I've played on, Mecca, Betfred and paddy power are by far the worst I've ever experienced. Bottomless pits and there's no shame about them. Please, please don't join you'll only find yourself back here in a month maybe 2 saying the same thing that everyone of us have said previously. It's utterly scandalous that they are still in operation and bankrupting many who most likely believe they'll have to pay out at some point, rightly so in their thinking, all the sites should payout something at some point but not Mecca. It's appalling and you have been forewarned. Spare yourself

No one to answer calls

Tried to join this site. My e-mail, user name and pass code all ticked green and I deposited £10. When I tried to play on the site it keeps telling me “incoeected details”. Tried resetting. Still won’t accept. Been on chat asking for my £10 back. Cannot get any sensible communication. They keep sending me reset instructions which will not work. Obviously my e-mail address is correct as they are sen ding reset mails. Would not give them the time of day. Don’t suppose y this company reads this therefore no hope of my money back. Even asked to chat to human but I was put in a queue. Too long a wait. Don’t even attempt. Their computer system is a waste of time. Wasted my time trying to reset.

Nightmare

I used to enjoy playing on Mecca games but just over a month ago the game play just randomly changed. I mean I haven’t won anything on Mecca games for well over a month now. I really mean nothing, not even the odd £5 or £10 here and there. I only play a few slot games and one of them is mining pots of gold and for anyone that plays that game will know that the multipliers build up and eventually the bonus round opens but the bonus round on mining pots of gold hasn’t opened for over a month!! In fact I haven’t had any bonus round or any kind of win on any game whatsoever. They’ve dragged it out for long enough now so i think it’s time to delete my account with them and stick to the sites that let you win something every now and then. I’m not a sore loser but zero wins, zero bonus rounds for over a month is ridiculous. I play on quite a few different sites and Mecca games have become the worst. Really terrible. Just take, take, take. Not even the odd £5 win for well over a month! Mecca you’ve become terrible!!

UPDATE:: I kept signing in to play mining pots of gold hoping that the bonus round would eventually land since the multipliers had reached maximum. Well instead of opening the bonus round they completely reset it!! So after over a month of playing the game and building up the multipliers they just randomly reset it all so there was no chance of having a decent win!! It’s not supposed to reset until the round has opened!! And to make matters worse they have been taking unauthorised payments from my bank account!! 5 unauthorised payments of £10 each time!! Then they locked my account!! They have taken £50 from me without my permission and they haven’t given it back! AVOID MECCA GAMES. They WILL steal from you.

I’ve played Mecca over the years. Think it’s very calculated. Think I’ve won about 2-3 times and the about all together was £80? Don’t waste your money go find another site.

New customer and what a let down from such a big name. I’ve played other sites with varying degrees of success. The welcome offer enticed me to join. First deposit won nothing. Second deposited and I struck it lucky. Over £100. Wasn’t gonna lose that when that could come in very useful so cashed out. Nothing hit my account. Tried to log in later and I’m locked out. 45 minutes wait on live chat I was told they wanted to verify my ID.. passport. Proof of address, PayPal, first born child etc..
So I sent everything they asked for and a bit extra. Now I gotta wait. At least 72 hours apparently. That win is so badly needed I’m a disabled guy and that’s transport to medical appoints paid for. It’s so urgent and yet Mecca don’t give a flying f**

OK so I had put up bad review previously have now removed because took me from Nov/Dec to get my winnings I didn't think I'd get them but I did ..live chat were great (bar 1 wasn't nice) ...so amended review to suit because winnings now in my bank ...

Absolutely shocking site, possibly the worst I’ve ever been on. The company has gone downhill since 2020 I know they struggled with the pandemic and made their prices absurdly expensive in their casinos a lot of people don’t go to my local hall anymore as it’s just ridiculous the slots don’t pay out and the bingo prizes are awful yet it’s ridiculously expensive. Also their menu has even changed and is awful. Staff seem so miserable and fed up. I know they had pay cuts but the company is changing things for them to make more money they’ve become greedy and corrupt. Customers don’t like this. I know former Mecca staff and can say they are treated so badly. Mecca is definitely not what it use to be, and as for online it is a total shambles. The site is rigged in favour of the house as most sites are however Mecca have changed so many of their games RTPs it’s virtually impossible to win now. £100 and you’ll be lucky to get 1 bonus and even when you do expect to win pennies back. The games are set to not pay out too much. Mecca is unfair with its payouts you can put thousands in the site will take take take. I counted 269 spins before I had a bonus, that was £540 lost to finally get a bonus and win £7. Absolutely shocking. I also have found lately whenever I play Mecca the site crashes CONSTANTLY. Bonus games are interrupted with a “internal server error” message which means absolutely nothing. My wifi and data are fine. My signal is fine, Mecca staff try to patronise me and tell me the site is ok and it’s my device or wifi but it’s not. This happens every time latley the games crash and I have to reset on every spin, sometimes I don’t get refunded the cost of the spin it’s very frustrating. I have noticed the games crash and need resetting whenever I am doing well which is very rare anyway but on the off chance I do get a bonus or win something the game will start playing up and gameplay becomes painful and hard to watch I end up having to leave it and just withdraw my money. It’s almost like the site don’t want me to win. I’ve noticed when I am losing and nothing is happening the site doesn’t crash, it only crashes when I start to win. How convenient. I’m not the only person who has noticed this. Also in their casinos I know customers who have won jackpots on the machines but have received a pop up ERROR 505 message on the screen and are then not credited with the jackpot amount and told the win was an error. This has happened a few times. One regular Mecca customer I know who use to go often told me she won £500 at Mecca and the error message came up she alerted staff and they tried to tell her she won £5 instead she was not happy the manager settled for £50 and told her that’s the most they could offer again she took it further making a big deal about it and was banned for life from the casino. There was uproar about this as this customer had been coming to this bingo hall for 20 years. It was shocking. She posted it all on Facebook and head office tried to silence her with an offer of £100. How about jsut pay the £500 she won fairly? Mecca makes millions out of innocent people who lose hard earned money and it can’t pay out £500. Disgraceful. Mecca is doing a William hill and is conning its customers they’ve become nothing but a corrupt money grabbing company. Stay well away. After the things I’ve seen and learnt I keep well away. There’s way more fairer and decent companies out there.

First time playing, played a good game and didn’t seem ‘fixed’ at all. played for about 20 mins with £10 that got me to £60 then not long after that the bonus game hit and I won £400, withdrew the £400 and played the £60. Came on here to read the reviews to see what withdrawal times were like and afree reading them I accepted the fact I probably wasn’t going to receive the £400! However woke up this morning and it was in my account! Hopefully not just a fluke and the negative reviews on here are from angry losers

I've watched a a person spend £100 over 3 days on mecca games secret garden...what an insult I seen out I'd £100 at 0 20p a spin in return only 2 bonus spins total won in return £5.80,wow how can they get away with this surely the gambling commission need to take a serious investigation into this
Surely with RTP there's a breach of promotion here,this company are just taking money read the other reviews all saying the same thing,gambling should be fun they say try telling that to this company who have control of the systems its a joke boarding corruption and money by false pretence.
