Just had my first month review after starting the medication. I spoke to the same doctor as at my introduction and as before she was excellent and gave me some advice as I go forward. The whole experience has been handled perfectly with excellent communication . Cant praise this organisation enough particularly as I am elderly and not very competent with IT.
Medecan and the team is actually 6 stars! Mr Terry and his team are all friendly and easy to talk to.. I explained every detail of my experience with no judgement.. I definitely recommend.

I have not received it yet !your carrier company is rubbish ...I did mention on my calls to Mexican that I am never available in a Tuesday ...however on my way to the nearest town I received a message that my delivery would be in 1 and half hours ...I rushed like mad . Felt quite ill then missed the delivery by 2 minutes ...after the rushing around which I find extremely difficult due to my arthritis I was in agony and really needed that prescription!I think I should have a little more warning when a delivery is on its way

As discussed on our call, we are not involved in dispatch or delivery ourselves, as this is managed directly by our pharmacy partner and their courier. We understand their delivery notifications allow the date to be changed in advance if a particular day does not suit, and would encourage using this option where possible. A further delivery attempt has been arranged for today, and our team remains available if you need any support in the meantime.

Having just signed up with medecan, I can say with assurance, that Terry Aylmer-Smith the patient support manager was very helpful in helping me to get the information that I needed. Terry explained this process in a clear and straightforward manner.He was knowledgeable about the business and expressed this in a calm and enabling way and with his help we got everything done really quickly and easily. Terry Aylmer-Smith is a credit to the company.

I think the Company is very good and helpful. However l was not prepared for all the internet problems when searching for my medical records! When l finally managed to find and send them there wasn’t enough information in them for the Doctors and l had to contact my surgery, who hopefully have now sent enough information?

Still waiting on doctor to prescribe , consultation was great ( Mr Terry ) told him everything about my condition. Will be 5 star when I'm medicated... 6 stars now!
