Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, took them 2.5 weeks to send me an incomplete certificate, with the wrong dates on, and no medical records!
You would think that they could do this seems its the only reason you use them.
Now im 12 emails and 6 weeks in and still no completed and correct certificate. They dont even reply to your emails.
They did send me 1 reply though, blaming my Dr, who have shown me that they sent all of my records.
DO NOT USE! there's loads of other companies out there. Don't even bother wasting your time.

The document supplied by Medi2cert was rejected by Thames Valley Police as the form should be as available on the Home Office website. I informed them on 17th February and chased on 6th March and 16th March. I have just sent a message via their website. Still awaiting compliant information.

I still await a response and have emailed and sent a further message via the website. There is no contact telephone number! 2nd April 2026.

This company is a scam

I paid for a routine medical certificate on 21 December, advertised as taking around 7 days (allowing up to 28 days over Christmas). More than two months later, it has still not been provided.

Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, and promised callbacks and deadlines were not honoured. I was also told my refund would be processed within 10 working days, which did not happen.

The delay has prevented my licence from being renewed in time. The lack of communication after payment has been taken is unacceptable.

I urge you all to avoid this company at all costs.

I am currently waiting for my renewal medical cert. I submitted it on 5th Dec 2025 and have not been able to get a response from medi2cert in over two months.
the lack of a contact phone number is unbelievable and e mails do not get answered.

2 months still no cert ,

Paid for the service 5th Dec ,initially delay was said to be a dob error ..but now just seems I'm being ignored poor customer service emails not replied to and no customer service line

An absolute joke of a company. After doing absolutely nothing and only replying to one email in 4 months, i am still waiting for a refund. It says everything that they do not have a phone contact number.

I originally applied for a firearms…

I originally applied for a firearms certificate using the proforma supplied to me by this company in November last year. TVP suddenly refunded my application and, after contacting the police, it turns out that I had been provided with the wrong proforma from Medi2Cert and this had been rejected by the police. I have tried to get in touch with them since the beginning of January and have had no response despite sending multiple emails. I even tried to just go onto the website, pay the money again and restart the process but now they aren't accepting any new applications as apparently they have a backlog of requests. Not a great experience so far I'll be honest.

This company shut down for Christmas…

This company shut down for Christmas whilst I was in the process of applying for a certificate. When I emailed for an update, I had a quick reply asking me some questions to which I immediately replied and further requested an update. I have had no contact since and this is despite sending 3 further emails. I have now had to request my GP to help.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible! I applied for my certificate on 3/10/25, and I have still not received anything. I emailed once to chase and got a reply saying there is a problem with my GPs computer system and it would be sorted in 24hrs. This was over a month ago now, I have since emailed back 3 times and been completely ignored. I would never use this company again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This company was arranged by my local GP.

This company was arranged by my local GP to facilitate a Medical Certificate. Since I paid the £90 fee I have had no Medical Certificate and they now blame the GP Surgery IT systems. Despite several emails to Medi2cert I still have no certificate.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ask GP for a "Subject Access Report" usually free. Update 29 December 2025: the GP Surgery has dismissed this company due to poor performance and now use iGPR. I am now in the process of taking legal action through the Small Claims Court procedures to recover the fee paid.

The attached certificate was protected…

The attached certificate was protected by my birth date ddmmyyyy and when the dates were inserted I was able to access the certificate although initially I was not.
I have yet to receive the certificate by post.
