Mediation First made a positive difference.
Jules from Mediation First was everything I could have hoped for from a mediator.
From the initial MAIM meeting to closing out the session, she was engaging, honest and conducted the mediation with kindness and gentle authority.

Vicki skillfully and gently guided me through, enabling me to be open and straightforward in spite of covering some painful matters and my initial anxiety about the process.
I was content and relieved that we reached the best outcome with the 2 options that she suggested for me for potential certification. I thank Vicki for that.

The service was very easy to use. The staff were very polite and the mediator by the name of Will Steward, who was appointed for my mediation was very experienced and made the whole mediation process comfortable and easy.
