I had a very positive experience
I had a very positive experience with the mediation service. The entire process was handled in a professional and understanding manner, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate.
I was particularly impressed by how quickly a meeting was arranged — within just two days — which showed great efficiency and respect for my time. The mediation itself was smooth, well-organized, and conducted with care and attention.
Overall, an excellent service that I would highly recommend.

Philippa was very professional and had a strong grasp of the issues.
I found her very helpful to us and that she was really good.
And based on the few sessions that we did have, her competence and ability to cut through the issues shone through.
Unfortunately, we didn't complete the mediation process because ex decided that they didn't want it anymore.
Havong said that, I would still highly recommend Philippa though for her thoroughness and professionalism.

Amazingly handled

It is always disappointing for us as a service to receive a negative review from our clients as we pride ourselves on offering an excellent service at all stages of the process. We can only apologise if you felt the service you received was not up to this high standard.
Your feedback does give us the opportunity to review where we may have got things wrong. Due to confidentiality I am limited as to what I can say but looking through the details of your case we of course appreciate as a service that our clients can be going through an extremely stressful and difficult period in their lives and we will always try to make allowances to help facilitate the mediation process. However, where clients choose not to engage in a meaningful way with the process then it does sadly limit the services we can offer to them. You did not attend the free sessions that were scheduled, we offered you a further free session that you declined and on request provided you with the mediator’s certificate.

Jules was superb
Jules was superb. I had many misconceptions about the entire process of divorce and mediation which should have been cleared up by my solicitor as the arose, but were not addressed. Jules enabled me to understand far more in the 40 minutes than the solicitor did in 2 face to face meetings and countless (very expensive) email exchanges.
I deeply resented having to pay £150 for what I was told "could be considered a box ticking exercise", but am now very grateful and see that £150 as money well spent.
Although I could now stop the mediation process, I now see that it could be very useful and am happy to attend another meeting

Mixed experience
My experience of meditation service was quite mixed. I didnt really feel they were listening to what I was saying, had to repeat myself and communication could of been better as their were several misunderstanding but we got there in the end.
