This company is awful. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I waited almost a year to be fully credentialed and am still having issues now. They are horrible and now I am having issues getting paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CREDENTIALING OR BILLING. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Extremely disorganized, vice-president more concerned about his staff and his feelings getting hurt than having the pride of error free work in an arena where lazy mistakes cannot happen. I would not recommend them for anything until they get thier corporate culture fixed. The company reply is standard, reflective corporate language. They did not know how to proceed with proper credentialing hence why no services were rendered. I wish this company the best in getting away from the extreme "woke" mentality and actually learn the service that they advertise and not mislead the public.

MediBillMd has been a valuable asset in getting our group practice, which consists of 3 offices and 5 providers credentialed over the past 11 months. Onique was my initial contact to get the process started. He stayed in contact with me every step of the way on this journey. He has been available anytime I've had questions or added some addition request. Monty has to deal with me several times weakly and is always attentive to my needs or concerns, I find the entire team very responsive and highly recommend their services.

I have throughly enjoyed the credentialing team with Onique and Aidan. They are timely and are prompt with their communication. They have done a great job with getting me credentialed with numerous insurance companies and was an easy process.
I provide a 4 star rating with the billing side of Medibill. There can be barriers with a standstill in communication from Medibill billing and recent billing errors that affected client billing. I had to pay back a client $500 due to learning the client did not have a copay as Medibill directly verified 11 times the clients benefits and continued to be wrong until it was brought to my attention by the client.
Overall, they can be flexible and great to work with.
