I had a wonderful experience and received excellent care from their kind and professional staff. The doctors and nurses did an excellent job and any reservations I had about doing a procedure in a foreign country were alleviated. Evelyn was my point person, she handled everything from decision making to logistics to follow up and was invaluable. I'm glad I did it and the results look amazing!

I had a lower face lift and neck lift and NOTHING was done correctly. It's been a year and I now have to get reconstructive surgery to fix the horrific job that they did. I was desperate at the time and living in Costa Rica so I took the risk and now I'm deformed and dealing with pain, itching and burning a year later. I feel violated, like some lab rat. There was little to no improvement and I now have two totally deformed ears that were not stitched up properly. My face is lopsided. It's a disaster.

Started out to be what I thought was going to be a great experience but ended differently. First the communication was not the best and took forever to get any reply back, especially once a deposit was made. Prices kept changing and emails kept showing doctor's I didn't choose and incorrect information. Once I arrived in Costa Rica I never heard from this group again and have not heard from them since I arrived back in the U.S. They completely abandoned me. The information provided was also incorrect in regard to stitch removal once I arrived back home which has been impossible. No plastic surgeon or walk in clinic will touch me and the ER will only take you if a possible infection and even then you may have to pay everything out of pocket. They told me I only needed to be there 6 days after surgery, but I stayed a few extra because that made me uncomfortable, but even the surgeon said that was not acceptable. I have emailed the surgeon multiple times for any help or to go over progress as there have been some issues with one side after my Face & Neck lift and no response from him. I researched every possible thing I thought as I always do with anything, but clearly not things you wouldn't even think of and would assume the surgeon and medical group were going to help with as explained in their emails. They also stated all of the things included with the quoted amount and that was not the case even after I asked for things like the compression garment, medication, etc. Now I'm stuck here at home with absolutely no help other than a prayer at this point!

What went wrong was their misleading ads. Bait and switch at best, outright lies and misinformation. Their ad says all the things that are included and the prices. OK, so far so good. I go to take advantage and then find out that not everything they said was included was actually included and the prices they post are not solid. Once they pick a doctor, the doctor will get back to you with a quote. They said the price and quote were two different things. Sounds like a scam to me.
