WILL SATISFACTION LAST BEYOND THE SALE?
Maggie was patient with my confusion, thorough, and appreciated my humor. However, I would appreciate being able to comment without making the person lose their place in the script, getting an "Umm" or meaningless, mouth sounds.
This does NOT instill confidence in info being proffered.
I can only hope & pray, Maggie does not disappear AFTER the sale, as with ALL other insurance companies.

Commendable and personable
I retired after 35+ years from a company that had great health benefits. I searched the internet for a comparable insurance plan. Needless to say, it was like looking for a particular tree in a very big forest. Acting on a query I placed with Medicare Benefits Solutions, Lyneizha reached out to me and we went over all the specifics for the type of insurance I was looking for. She patiently went through the options most advantageous to me. Lyneizha assisted me with a plan that would not interfere with Tricare for Life. She is a very personable and professional at the same time. Lyneizha's 'Can Do' attitude and upbeat spirit reflect great credit upon the insurance industry, Medicare Benefits Solutions, and herself.
