I ordered Mounjaro from Medino with Next Day Delivery, expecting a professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, Royal Mail failed to deliver my medication today, despite my waiting at home all day and standing outside my apartment building in the cold and rain to make sure I was available. I have photographs and screenshots documenting what happened.

I have already experienced serious delivery problems with two other pharmacies. I chose Medino hoping for a different experience and believed your lengthy questionnaire and approval process reflected a serious, professional approach. However, today’s failure has seriously undermined that confidence. A pharmacy supplying temperature-sensitive medication should understand the importance of reliable delivery and should not rely on a delivery service without ensuring that customers can actually receive their medication. You should be aware of the problems this can cause, particularly when the medication requires appropriate temperature control.

I expect my medication to be delivered tomorrow morning, directly into my hands. I do not authorise parcels to be left unattended at my door or anywhere else.

If the parcel is left at my door, I will photograph it and check the packaging and cooling conditions. If the medication is not adequately cooled and the cooling gel is no longer cold, I will not use or keep it. I will contact Medino for instructions on a safe return, a prepaid return label and a full refund.

If the medication is not delivered tomorrow morning, or if this matter is not properly resolved, I will escalate my complaint through Resolver and the relevant authorities, as I have done with other pharmacies, where I obtained refunds.

Medino has already given me reason to question whether your service is as professional as I expected. I will judge your seriousness by how you resolve this situation.

The sent a pen with faulty needles which blocked the mechanism from working correctly and led to eventual loss of the liquid inside. They have done absolutely nothing to rectify this and not even willing to send replacement needles after I had to use all of them trying to fix the problem. They even had the sheer nerve to send me a link to purchase more from their website. Why on earth would I purchase from them again when I have just lost out on a few £100? I now need to restart my dosing because they STILL have not told me if the pen is still usable because of the leakage! Disgusting company, please purchase elsewhere!

Edit - Company said they reached out via email but 'hadnt had a response yet'. They literally sent the email at same time of writing their response to my review. Not entirely sure how much time they think is acceptable before receiving a reply but i would assume people need more than a few minutes! I have no problem whatsoever it being discussed publicly and just goes to show how sneaky and covert they are!
