We used real research to test whether Medly works
Students using Medly made the equivalent of around four months’ extra progress in four weeks, and scored 22% higher than students revising their usual way.
Based on an independent randomised controlled trial with over 600 GCSE students, those using Medly scored 22% higher on a GCSE-style test than students who revised the same topic their usual way. That’s 2.56 extra marks out of 35, with gains in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Pupil Premium students improved in line with their peers.

I've been using Medly for a few days
I've been using Medly for a few days, and honestly, it's amazing! I got the Medly subscription because I heard good things about it on social media and I had my bio test coming up, so I asked my parents to get it for me. Ever since then, my biology grade has jumped 4 to 6. The Medly AI chatbot actually taught me instead of just giving me the answer, which I really like about it. It actually forces you to think, so even if I get a question wrong, I can learn from my mistakes. And I really like how customizable Medly is; you can design your test, control the difficulty, and choose the types of questions you want in it

Brilliant app for high achievers!
I have been using Medly for around a week now, and so far it has lived up to expectations. Not only does medly help you keep track on which topics you are stronger on but also which areas where you maybe need to revisit to master your grade. I would 100% recommend medly!

I bought the yearly subscription and very soon regretted it ,please don’t waste 180 pound there’s so many other websites for free and they refuse to respond to any emails about refunds or anything like that

its meh pretty ovepriced and shitty
its good i did get a 8 in both history and geography from it from a 5 and 6. but its super buggy and the chatbot is pretty shit . it isnt even working for me currently . its very overpriced for what you are getting

I have only been using Medly for a few…
I have only been using Medly for a few weeks, and already it is proving to be a very promising tool. As a student, I have always struggled with using exam language on worded questions, and Medly fixed just that, by telling you exactly where you lost marks. If you invest in one tool for exam season, I highly recommend that you make it Medly.

Good for sciences, that's it.
good but anything besides sciences makes it not worth the money..also the mark schemes are quite inaccurate

If you dont know how to or what to revise, get this.
I feel Medly is a tool for people that struggle to revise with other revision methods such as mind maps or reading over their work, but with Medly, everything is here it gives your mind a clear oh this is what I have to do, it can give your specific exam boards and help you achieve those grades you thought you werent going to get. Genuinely a GCSE saver, I would be stuck here looking into space without this, I can just work through topics I do at school come back and boom I know it, and I dont know how but I can actually remember stuff!!!! Highly recommend to people that struggle with the tings I struggle with.

Lack of customer support
We currently have a medlyai subscription, and I had a query regarding payments but they were extremely slow initially to respond to my emails, and there is no telephone number for customer support. I have now received a helpful response which I trust will resolve the situation.

Awful service, we paid for the monthly subscription, they kept taking payment but he could access his revision notes or login for full access. Multiple emails sent but no follow up, no way to cancel, very poor service. Would have been good if he had access! They didn’t even refund and are still trying to take monthly payments!

Amazing tool but must be used targetively
The ai is strong. it is an amazing tool to use for revision. however, keep in mind that the ai marking can be a little generous especially when t comes to essay type questions so i recommend to use this for mainly subjects with strict march schemes examples include : science, business. overall its a great tool.

A ton of questions which is very good for practice!
Only issue is that i wish the topics would be organized in a way thats in order of the specification. But other than that it explains the notes in a very simplified way which would let you understand each topic if you ask it's AI bot.

GCSE’s
Used this throughout my GCSEs and this app was amazing. It helped me so much as there was hundreds of exam questions along with a chat at the side that teaches you rather than simply giving you the answer and that was very useful. Will 100% be getting this again for my A-levels!!

It’s a really great revision tool as you learn the content then answer the questions and if you get stuck you can ask the chat bot for help which can help you work through the problems
