My name is miss sholayide Okelola I was meant to have surgery on the 10/12/24 but which didn’t go ahead due to medical issues. I was told I would receive a refund of 1600 euros but still not got anything this is my account IBAN number to return my refund GB65 HLFX 1111 7400 0582 56 thank you hope to hear from you soon. Never got a penny back nore response I went to my bank but was told I left it to long

Amazing experience

Amazing experience. Gastric Sleeve surgery, for my friend, was a total success. 2 days after surgery she got discharged and feeling amazing. Dr Umut Firat, what an amazing person, an extraordinary doctor, very positive energy and superb care for the patients. Highly recommend this clinic for any medical issues.

Awesome experience

The whole process was great from the time I arrived in Istanbul.
Gayle made sure that I was well informed about what to expect straight from the time I left NZ to the time I left the hospital. Gayle was also my personal support person during my entire trip and really supported me with everything I needed.

Transfer from the airport to the hotel was amazing, spacious and we didnt have to wait long.
The hotel is amazing, clean, modern, comfortable, like a home away from home.
The hospital is also modern, clean, spacious and catered to my needs before and after surgery.
I had a translator named Georgie who supported me through all the pre-op checks and helped me settle into the hospital room. Georgie even made sure that I had an english speaking nurses as much as possible.

I was pretty lucky to have a few english speaking nurses during my stay which made it easier to communicate and understand.

Upon leaving the hospital I was able to speak with a dietician and also had a translator who made sure to explain my medical care post op.

My rhinoplasty Bad experience.
I used the retainer, but the difference in the nostrils shape, Form, highness starts also from the tip measures.
One nostril is round, the other one is oval.
Iam disappointed from my decision, i should have look for a well experienced surgeon. Dr Ibrahim yagci was not eell experienced.
Too much surgeons, too much. We as patients are responsible to choose the qualified.
Plus the service of this unexperienced Atabay from medproper! Shame!

Lo barato sale caro


Hace 3 meses mi marido y yo decidimos hacernos tratamientos esteticos en Turquia, el transplante capilar y yo lipo abdominoplastia con lifting de brazos.
Amablemente se contacto una asesora en español, cuadramoa bien la cantidad de dias , hospital y cirujanos, me dijo que estaria conmigo durante todo el proceso y que no me preocupara que al llegar tendria mi traductora de español que estaría conmigo en todo momento.
Llegamos con mucha ilusión porque ahorramos euro por euro para cumplir nuestro sueño. La llegada bien, el chófer nos paso a buscar y nos dejo en el hotel acordado.
La mañana siguiente el coche nos deja en un hospital distinto, yo antes de llegar a turquia acorde que me operarian en medistambul con un doctor llamado Ali.
Pues no, nos botaron en un hospital distinto, nos atiendeel coordinador que no hablaba español, nos traducia con google translate, y nos informa que ademas de cambiarme de hospital , tambien me cambiaron de cirujano, ahora seria una cirujana. Estando ahi, habiendo ya gastado dinero en el pasaje para ambos, decidi continuar porque el hospital parecia serio.
Hice la consulta me dijeron que no necesitaba abdominoplastia, que con liposuccion era suficiente y al escuchar a la profesional que ademas me bajarian el precio, confie el ellos yyy efectivamente me hicieron la lipovaser sola, yo sentia que algo no estaba bien, me dijeron que tenia que esperar que pasara el posoperatorio para ver los resultados... pues miren que resultados los brazos que las cicatrices se ven horrorizas, el vientre con toda la piel colgando, mi marido con su transplante no tuvo buen resultado.
NADIE SE HACE CARGO!!!
Llamo mando mensajes a mi asesora, nadie coje los llamados, ni responden los mensajes.
Lo barato sale caro, me han arruinado el cuerpo

I had my gastric sleeve surgery through MedProper Health Tourism, and my experience was mixed, depending on which management team was involved.
Hospital & Medical Team – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Excellent)
The hospital team, managed by Batu, was professional, organized, and had a very clear vision.
The hospital itself was clean and well maintained, and the medical staff were friendly and reassuring.
A special thank you to Dr. Umut Fırat Turan, who was extremely kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable before and after the surgery. His approach really helped reduce anxiety, and I felt safe in his hands.
The only downside on the medical side was the operation room atmosphere. Everything felt rushed, with people moving quickly, which can be a bit scary right before surgery. Aside from that, the medical care was excellent.
Transfer & Accommodation – ⭐☆☆☆☆ (Very Poor)
Unfortunately, the transfer and accommodation management was extremely disappointing.
Airport pickup car was dirty
Accommodation was very dirty
Bed had a bad smell
Overall hygiene was unacceptable and should be avoided
Because of this, I decided to move out and stay in my own accommodation, which was a much better decision.
Final Verdict
I would definitely recommend MedProper Health Tourism to friends and family ONLY if:
They are managed by the same hospital team
They choose their own accommodation or a different, clean hotel
The medical side was excellent, but the accommodation and transfer service seriously need improvement.

Hair transplant

I cannot fault the hospital staff and the translator. The general experience was good. Unfortunately, the start of the experience less so as there was a breakdown of guidance/communication when arriving at the hospital. Had this not have been the case it would have been 5 stars. Our translator Olga was fantastic, made the experience more positive and felt safe in her hands. Her explanation was fantastic, she was kind, empathetic and knowledgable.

From we started talking on the phone…

From we started talking on the phone while I was in the uk 🇬🇧 ,I was satisfied we all the answers to the questions that I asked. When I got there everything went well and they wouldn't do the operation until all my vitals checks were done and they were happy to proceed. Which I was happy about . It's been nine months and I'm very happy with it,I've dropped three dress sizes.I will definitely come back. And would recommend it to anyone.

RECOMIENDO LA CLINICA - BHT CLINIC fue correcta y el equipo médico realizó un fantástico trabajo en especial mi cirujano El Dr. UMUT FIRAT TURAN, se preocupo porque yo entendiera sus indicaciones. Excelente ser humano…
Sin embargo, mi experiencia con la empresa MEDPROPER fue muy decepcionante. No hubo acompañamiento real (como Aidyn me informo antes de viajar). Aquí lo único importante para ellos fue recibir el dinero de la cirugía y los medicamentos (qué tampoco me fue informado, no estaban incluidos en el valor de la cirugía).,, Ahora: la traductora OLGA llego tarde el día que me realice los exámenes y lo peor no sabía ni de que me operaria yo, (desorden y falta de comunicación). No recibí orientación adecuada y detallada del paso a paso ya que este es un cambio de vida y DE ALIMENTACION RESPONSABLE para los pacientes BARIATRICOS por parte de Medproper, no me ha cumplido con lo prometido respecto al seguimiento y ser incluida en grupos de pacientes bariátricos como apoyo. (Como lo hacen otras empresas).
Me sentí atropellada y sola en un proceso que requiere GUÍA y APOYO. Hasta la fecha no se han interesado en mi evolución. “Soy yo la que he tenido que escribir a AIDYN para que aclare dudas relacionadas al proceso de la cirugía”.

**MEDPROPER que es una empresa que SUBCONTRATA Instalaciones de la clínica que NO tiene que ver directamente con BHT. Es importante que futuros pacientes estén informados.

Gar keine Empfehlung ,eine reinste…

Gar keine Empfehlung ,eine reinste Katastrophe diese Agentur. Sie haben sich bei meiner Ankunft um nichts gekümmert und sie standen überhaupt gar nicht in Kontakt zu mir als ich in Istanbul war für meine Operation!
Man hat kein Vertrauen an die Agentur sie informieren dich auch gar nicht über den Ablauf ich musste alles denen immer hinter her fragen .
Diese Agentur würde ich keinem empfehlen und niemals in Kontakt mit denen kommen.

Gastric surgery sleeve

I came to this hospital from abroad for stomach surgery. The hospital staff and nurses took very good care of me, and I am also very satisfied with my doctor, Muzaffer Öner Önder. My recovery process is going very well; I did not experience any pain or discomfort at all.

However, there are a few issues I was not satisfied with. First of all, there were problems with the organization. Our transfer vehicle for the return trip arrived very late, even though we informed them of our return time several times. I almost missed my flight. Secondly, after the surgery, once I returned to my country, the doctor’s assistant stopped responding to me. I experienced communication problems, and this issue is still ongoing.

Overall, my process went well, but you may be able to find another hospital that will also take good care of you during the post-operative period.
