Did not let me know they didnt have stock of my item, only when I followed up because I saw no movement on delivery of my order is when they told me they are waiting on the stock, I noted that I required the item by Saturday morning and I was told they would do an overnight delivery the Friday and that it would be with me by Saturday morning. Saturday morning came and they had not posted the item, I only received it much later the following week. Also the skirt I purchased look nothing like in the pictures and it smelled really bad, had to give it a good wash. Will not purchase from this store again

What a pleasure to deal with MegaMallOnline i got the item i purchased very fast , unfortunately it was the incorrect item in the box i then reached out to them and they did an investigation and found they received the wrong version of the item from their supplier they haneld the return of the item to them and sorted out the refund quickly and made the whole process effortless and also told me they will inform me as soon as they have the correct item in stock and they will honor the discounted price i payed for it.
I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others👌

Initially, we purchased diffusers directly from your website. Only once the order was delivered did we discover that the diffusers do not come with the required oils.

We then contacted your WhatsApp support number specifically requesting assistance on which oils should be purchased for the diffusers we had already bought. Your representative provided us with a link to the oils, and based entirely on that guidance, we proceeded to place another order.

Once again, only after receiving the delivery did we discover that the oils recommended to us are not compatible with the diffusers we purchased.

Delivery was fast , and well packed. What I don't like is that the soap is very weak,very watery.

On the 24th of July I ordered animal custome and I opted for2-4 days delivery... Pudo to be specific. ZThe reason why I opted for Pudo its because I wanted that custome for 30rd July.... But the delivery was only collected from the store by 28th july and I got the order on the 6Aug!.... I am so disappointed I don't wanna lie... It was my first and last time buying from you guys... Huge hype around this perfume even when it was advertised by a well known celebrity and content creator. Was super excited to give it a go. Only to find that it's not long lasting at all. It fades within a hour or two. Not worth the money at all and won't be buying from these brands again. Do yourself a favour and read this review before buying from this site
