Mega Saver Avis 

They sold me items that they said we're working and we're not tested. For me to return them and they wanted me to prove that they were not working. Meaning I'm testing the products for them. Wasted my time using this auction. I'm filing a complaint with Visa.

A waste of money!!! I purchased thousands of dollars worth of product and over 1/2 of the items were missing parts, broken or used.

I have had broken items, wrong items described and items incorrect or empty containers. You cannot leave it with mega mart when you pick it up you have to return it to them after customer service ok's it. Customer service (an oxymoron) does not respond for weeks to your complaints. I bought an induction egg poacher and it does not work on induction like they said it did. I bought a salt cellar and it is porcelain and chipped in the corner by the hinge. I bought a vacuum robotic and it does not pick up anything.

4 items shipped wrong....the items received were not even close to what I bid on and won. There customer service is a joke. I called them to notify them of the error and was told I had to email them. I emailed them and had to send pictures....was told they had to investigate first....it has been a few weeks and I'm still waiting for them to confirm that a case of suet bird seed is not sound accoustical tiles....they make the customers jump through all kinds of hoops for mistakes they make...then they are rude about it. There girl that works at the Winnipeg desk is also cheeky. Really ticked me off at the very poor customer service. Once I get my credit for the wrong items I returned I will no longer be dealing with them at all. Terrible service and lots of errors on items.

Mega savers auction is a total sham! NEW/OPEN BOX typically means used, defective or broken merchandise! Total waste of money

Absolutely a complete waste of money. Don’t buy any thing from mega savers auction they used to post all the products and the condition but now they use just the Amazon pictures of the product

Also you never get the exact item you bought a bought a drill and they sent me a vacuum

Out of the last about 10 auctions and many many items I won/purchased as new from auction- only 4 pieces were in acceptable (but used) condition. An air fryer I paid more than $50 for and was listed as 3/3 new in box- was full of oil and burnt trays and inside. Pieces were missing and there were weird pieces of pipe that didn’t belong. The deep fryer I bough as new (3/3) was incomplete and full of oil. Costumes I purchased that were new - almost all incomplete and used with stains as well as deodorant marks. Gross. Very disappointed. Attempting to work with head office.

I've been stupidly going onto the auction for years. Stopped because the items were crap for the longest time, until recently. Lately they've had Amazon items, which got me interested again. Then I get the items and realize I've been scammed yet again! Opened one item and there was a completely different product, another didn't even turn on, and a 3rd was labelled the right lot number but wrong product! All other things had already been used and obviously returns. All my things were supposed to be 3/3 and I didn't receive one new thing out of 20!!! I've attempted to apply for refunds on the 3, so we'll see. I'm doubtful, even with the thousands I've spent with them (I feel so stupid). Hopefully this review helps save someone even $1!

If it wasn't for Tammy and Elsie at 42nd and F, you wouldn't have people come here. They go above and beyond to please their customers! If they leave we leave.

Mystery items are broken or worth $1. The broken used cell screen that cost $2. Plus 2.50 auction now fee plus 20 percent was sad. But I'm the stupid one. Forget them. Item quality is usually item returns.

Well there was a dollar off a pack on cigarettes are on sale cool non-mental they didn't give me the dollar off of that says on the thing said it was included in the sale price which is false wasn't posted that way and that's not the way the customer rebates work after 38 unsuccessful calls to the corporate office that nobody answers the phone or sarcastically lady answered it and maybe jump to Hoops I gave her my credit card number that I use my debit card she claims she called me back the next day she never did the same day she called me back when I was taking the trash out and I tried to call back again four times no answer finally I did catch her she told me it was my own damn fault so I told her to keep the money do not go there I've written probably 55 star reviews but guess what I never had a problem with overcharges or gas pumps or anything else that I read about I guess it's all true turns out they got too big for the britches that's a shame they were great business they'll be gone just like Bucky's in the rest of them they get too big for their britches it's a shame it once was a great store but I think it stays still are just a corporate people and whoever that lady is that doesn't answer the phone it's in your corporate office to get rid of her sorry to have to say that but when you're 64 retired military and 32 years another job you have the right to never again make a favor

I left Mega saver on good terms. Rasheed or Rashed unsure how you spell the owners name encouraged me to apply again one day after he saw me at a Mega Saver location, it had been 4 years since I was last there and, we had a good conversation. I submitted an app got a call from his sister I believe asking if I was the same person who felt uncomfortable with an employee and stated I complained of Sexual Harassment. Which was not the case ... any who call ended on that note lol was never interviewed. All because I expressed a concern one time at work with another employee...RETALIATION.

SCAM artists. Never I repeat never buy from the mystery Amazon returns auction. Absolutely everything they auction was opened and contents replaced with the crappy made in China clothing they sell. Absolutely everything in the lot was cheap clothing all boxes no matter what size. Clearly not stuffed by Amazon. Tissue paper as stuffer was absolutely the worst scammiest try. 10 boxes worth $10 at most total. You literally can’t give this crap away. Do not buy from the Amazon returns they auction.

I’ve been going to this location for well over thirty plus years back when it was convenient and jet and now magasaver never had a problem but now they hire new people and ask for my ID mind you I’m sixty years old and look like it. the woman has a real attitude even when she speaks she shows it to people all I can say is if I get treated like this any longer I don’t have a problem with taking my business and money elsewhere if you can’t show compassion or courtesy to customers maybe you don’t work for them at all this drives business away!

I had just bought a carton of cigarettes got to work went to go grab a pack of smoke and noticed I was only sold nine not 10 and when I went back to try and get it corrected the lady said she sold me 10 when I received it never touched it until I was going to go for a pack said that no I must be mistaken she sold me a carton and I am thoroughly pissed about it that I bought a carton but yet only received nine packs

Run don't walk away from this company. They promise 14 day delivery of items won in auction yet you can expect to wait 4 weeks or longer for items. And when you ask questions you get blocked. The pick up location (Uncle Wiener's) in Lethbridge is of no help for any questions and they conveniently plead ignorance. Not worth the effort or frustration.

Horrible company. Lots of reverse discrimination against non-muslims. Stores are filthy, the one on 108th & Q is rat infested (dont buy chips there- the rats like getting into them). They specialize in barely-legal stuff- video gambling, flavored nicotine vapes and liquor shooters. Customers there are junkies, addicts, a lot of vagrants and homeless hanging out there.

OMG..The phone girl "Karla C", was very good. I had lost my phone and she was very professional. She got me a new phone, case and a screen protector all in about 15 minutes. I was also very frustrated about having NO phone. Plus she was very nice too. Thank you SO much for "Mega Saving" the day..

Terrible place to shop. They lie about selling brand new items. Wasted my money and bad customer service that lie to their customers. Bad experience! Please send more in shop and enjoy your purchase than buy cheap that is faulty/not working and can't return or replace. I learnt the hard way.
