Melaninful Avis 

I ordered 5 items from Melaninful over 3 separate orders. I received 2 of the 5 items. Tracking information said I had. I notified the company and received a response from Tashard telling me to check my mailbox. I responded saying that I had and had also been to my servicing post office. We exchanged several emails (he ignored my request for a phone number) with him continuing to tell me to check my mailbox. Mind you, one of the items I purchased was a rug WHICH WON'T FIT IN A MAILBOX. The tracker for the rug says it was delivered by San Francisco Express. It doesn't say to where. Please note that I live in Las Vegas. I brought up that point. Response again was to check my mailbox. The rug was supposed to be a birthday gift for the leader of my group where one of our objectives is to promote supporting black businesses. Go figure.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD RAN BY SO CALLED ASIANS OUT OF VIETNAM! THEY SELL THE CHEAPEST ITEMS KNOWN TO MAN FOR HIGH PRICE AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU A FAKE ADDRESS IN VIETNAM TO RETURN THE TRASHY PRODUCTS JUST SO THAT YOU CAN GET YOUR REFUND BUT THE ITEMS END UP COMING BACK TO YOU AFTER YOU'VE PAID $40+ TO SHIP IT INTERNATIONALLY. DO NOT SHOP WITH THE LYING, SCAMMING LITTLE LEECHES.

Bought a set of necklace for my girl, and she absolutely loved it. Shipping was a bit delayed, but support from, I think Tashard, helped me locate the package right away.

SCAMMER ALERT. This company is a fraud. They’re also deceiving people into believing this is a Black owned company based out of Detroit when in fact this is a China based company. Sad they are exploiting off the African American culture. Blacks dollars are the most powerful and here we are being scammed by another country over our stolen culture. It’s been over a month since I ordered an item their website said I would get in time for Mother's Day. No package has been received only an invalid tracking number that still shows has not been taking to delivery company. Their response like so many other scammers is using the world pandemic as an excuse for you being slow to receive. BUYER BEWARE.

First of all ONE STAR was the ONLY WAY I could do a rating. This company is a SCAM. GOOD reviews must be from PAID INDIVIDUALS, INSIDERS, OR JUST LIARS. A JOKE! Sadder than that...IF these people are perpetrating to be OR ARE African Americans, selling African American products, and stealing from us, this is why WE DON'T SUPPORT EACH OTHER. I too have ordered from them and don't have a thing to show for it. WHOEVER YOU ARE...GET RICH NOW! YOUR DAY IS COMING!!!

I ordered something on 4/11 and i understand there are shipping delays due to Covid but i still haven't received my item and i ordered it for mothers day which has come and gone now. I had to tell me mom she had no gift i honestly just want my money as this point. I will never purchase anything else. They say notify them if you have not received your item within 28 which is crazy in itself but i did 2 days ago still no response.

I don’t understand how this company has gotten so many bad reviews. They tell you it takes 2-4 weeks to receive your product right from the beginning. I ordered my hoodie from melaninful.net (I believe that’s the website) on April 11, 2020 and received my hoodie May 1, 2020. Do the math. The size I ordered was the correct size and it fit me just right. I ordered a size up so it’s a bit big on me but I’m a big girl so it’s perfect! The material is thick and the art work is AMAZING. Looks just like the picture on the website. Wish I could post a pic. I absolutely LOVE my hoodie and I’m so excited! Can’t wait to wear it.

Do NOT order anything from this fraudulent company! I am still waiting on something I ordered for a Xmas gift on November 11th!!!
Customer service is nonexistent!!

I believe this company is a fraud. I ordered a hooded dress with African print. I received a large round neck shirt, no hood and it is not a dress. In emailing Tashard, she is the person corresponding from the Melaninful customer support email address. she tells me I cannot return the item. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I can, hopefully to resolve this.

I purchased from this company via Facebook and can verify that with emailed receipts. This company is horrible. First they lead you to believe they are an African American owned business. This is a LIE. They are located in Singapore. You cannot calls them, only slow internet/email messages. That leads to the next BIG problem, their shipping. They ship with a horrible company that does not accurately update you on estimated delivery time or where your item is in realtime. Then, once your item slowly makes it to the US, they turn it over to USPS but it then drops completely off shipping. For days I wondered where my item was. I opened a PayPal inquiry and two days later my item showed up in my mailbox.
Third problem. The item quality was very low. I excepted an item with the same quality, look and feel as I could have purchased here in the US. I got a light weight, faded looking item. DO NOT BUY from this company. You will be completely disappointed. Share this true and factual review on Facebook, Instagram or any other social media to warn others they are being lied to and their purchase will be a huge disappointment.

Melaninful.com support team have been very professional and patient in answering my cynical and abrasive questions about my purchase. They even gave me the product tracking in advance, I sent in images believing the item was not at the airport. However, that was just me being hasty while the item was in transit. I was able to track my fantastic, unique Melaninful garment to my front door.
