Extremely disappointed I paid more than $97 for 2 pairs of boots which I believed were made in Melbourne as advertised as they call themselves “Aussies Finest Melbourne” much to my disgust they arrive smelling so strong of glue through the packaging and when I opened it omg, they were made so badly using very poor materials and roughly sewn together, now I’m going through so much crap to get a refund, which I have to send to this address like, it reads as if I’m going to go drop them off like it explains it’s up stairs No 2 elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor the address is in Zhejiang Country China like DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MOB 🤔 take my advice everything is crap 😡 if I could attach photos I would but obviously they stopped that or they would never sell any of their products 😡

this company needs to improve. Effectively it is a scam, poor quality product in a synthetic fabric ,not cotton linen as adierstided , much shorter than advertised .
Returns policy that is impossible to comply with requires evidence of the packaging slip label which was not insied or has been overstuck by the Australia Post label . Unable to use Australia Post for return msut send it overseas with customs charges etc

It is not a Melbourne based company, They falsely advertised shoes being orthopaedic which are ifextremely poor quality and look like male velvet slippers. I followed their returns guidelines being aware that I would be liable for shipping costs to China which is where they are based. They emailed me to advise that they can send me another size at $15.99 at my expense and keep the original shoes. When I stared that I just wanted a refund, I was told that I will be responsible for the shipping which I was aware from their policy but I would only receive 15% of the refund opposed to the full purchase amount as per their policy. They are definitely a dishonest and scam company so please be cautious before proceeding with any purchases.

If i could give this company -10 I would. The product is terrible. The website is deceiving in the quality of the product. The boots I received did not match the images on the website. The material is cheap and the fit is horrendous.

WORST garbage disguised as clothing I have ever seen. Nothing like the pics or the quality. Absolute SHITE and to use a fashion centers photos as their prop - this is TEMU incognito - tempting but don't get sucked in -

This business is a scam. My product looks like the picture but the quality is absolutely not what was written or what I was expecting.
Cheap junk, absolutely over priced.
I paid $89.99, that was half price on sale.
Byer be ware.
Return is easy, but you have to pay customs tax and shipment to China.
Don't support this business

Waited weeks for the shoes - finally came - terrible - wrong size. Tried to contact them and return goods . Email is incorrect. Cannot contact any other way. Should have looked up company first .
Do not buy anything from them . Now sending emails to me with 50% discount.
What can be done to stop these scams and customers lose their money

Aussies Finest Melbourne uses Aussies & Finest Melbourne in their logo. It's a scam. Not Melbourne based. No ABN or Australian company number. Not an Australian email. False advertising as an Australian company.

Terrible company! Beware people. This is NOT an Australian company. Return policy is horrific! They will tell you to post using FedEx when they send you a parcel that is not even well packaged like shoes without a box.
I spent $41 returning a substandard item. The photos on their website are fake! Shoes are cheaply made. Absolutely ridiculous!

Delivery was slow, thought they were coming from Melbourne. The quality of the shoes I bought are low quality and definitely not what I consider orthopaedic. They feel more like a pair of slippers. Bad move buying shoes online.

The trousers I received were completely different from the ones pictured- which looked well made and styled. Instead the trousers received were the wrong colour, made of cheap synthetic material instead of promised linen -cotton, unprofessionally made, and poor quality. An unhelpful complicated process was proposed in order to return them.

Like most people I wish I had searched the company first.
I ordered 3 dresses, they all arrived at different times from China and were made of a plastic type material. Definitely not what I ordered for our North Queensland weather. The dresses did fit and if they had been made from what I presumed a natural fibre I would have been happy.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A total waste of money.

I ordered 2 dresses from Aussie Finest Melbourne , only received one. The quality is absolutely rubbish. Was supposed to be a cool breathable fabric but is in fact 100% polyester. The fabric is awful feels and smells very chemical. Not even a nice polyester. I am so disappointed as have never been game to order dresses on line before and have been so ripped off. They are so hard to contact and do not respond to any emails. Will definitely not do this again. I did not check the web address to have ‘ .com.au’ to confirm it was in fact Australian. So I guess I have myself to blame hey. I will be tossing the dress out. Plus the $120 I paid. Never never buy from this company.

First of all my order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Too late for the wedding i was wearing it too.
The Jianna Radiant 2 piece blue pants and top looked beautiful on the model in the ad. On receiving the set, the fabric in the pants was so sheer it was see through, very unlike the photo. The company would only offer me a 20% refund of the cost or return to them at my cost. Total scam.

Do not buy from this company. Shoes are just cheap rubbish.
I bought 3 pairs of orthopaedic shoes. They are as orthopaedic as a pair of $2 thongs from KMart and way too small - about an inch shorter than my other size 41’s. Now trying to get my money back. Will be reporting to the ACCC if they require me to return to China as I did not buy the shoes from China, they did.
Waiting for them to get back to me now. So disappointed.

Ordered shoes arrived squished in plastic bag, terrible quality, just plastic and super thin sole.

They are asking to send goods back to China using the international couriers and on your own expense.

Definitely worst online company I have dealt with. Order a pair of orthopaedic shoes, got some rubbish from china. They would have to be the lowest quality you could possibly get. Shoes we had were un wearable with large pieces of plastic under the linings. After numerous emails was offered 10% discount. Told them to shove it I'm going to fair trading & take you to court. Another pair arrived 2 weeks later. Same colour same size & same quality. Rubbish & don't think they are Australian. No I was told it's just a company name. Talk about misleading. I'm not sure their even made in China. The quality is that bad. Reckon will last maybe a week.
