Went to leave a 1 star review under a product because the snap version of the phone case is so difficult to remove I almost had to break it to get it off. The review posted, I refreshed the page, and it was gone. The sent me an email to confirm it was me that wrote the review, made me give my data to yet another random website AND the review is still not posted.

Beautiful Design and Helpful Support
I recently upgraded my phone and needed a case. I’ve spent up to $90 on single cases from big brands before, only to have them break or feel flimsy. I found Melloty while looking for something cute but classy and I’m so glad I did.
The Heaven design is absolutely beautiful, and even though I accidentally ordered the wrong model, I could tell right away how solid and well made the case was!It feels much more protective than other cases I’ve tried.
Their customer service has also been amazing so far, they were really kind and offered to send me the correct case, which I really appreciated. And know most other brands wouldn’t have done the same.I’d honestly recommend Melloty to everyone they deserve much love!

I ordered the wrong piece, but Melloty was so helpful and professional to send a new piece. It was my mistake at first.
I love the designs. Melloty has many beautiful, trendy and artistic pieces of cases. They are premiums and durable, and even better than some other brands in the market. It’s worth owning a Melloty product!

Brilliant customer service
Accidentally ordered the wrong size, and after talking to customer service, was instantly offered a replacement in the correct size, despite the error being on my end.
Thank you to the company for sorting out my issue so promptly and especially the customer service team for offering a brilliant solution to keep me a happy customer

Great product, Great customer service
Bought the riviera AirPod case and it is absolutely gorgeous. Amazing customer service that really answered all my questions. It is a small business and I had never heard of it so I was quite skeptical but it was an amazing experience. One piece of advice I did find the AirPods 3 case a tad to big for the fit but I put a sticky tab on it and gave it a drop test and it is quite safe.
