Outstanding Customer Support
I had some trouble initially trying to sign into my Memory Book. This was due to my total user error and it had nothing to do with the application. I reached out to Customer Service via a phone call and also via email. I was absolutely delighted at how prompt they were in responding and rectifying my issues and they helped me walk through the process step-by-step. I wish all customer service locations were as responsive, professional and diligent as this one was. They were absolutely stellar!

Great customer service
We had great customer service trying to finish our book. We got several extensions to edit stories and put in our pictures. Quick email responses helped us continue the process when we had some editing problems. We had to keep shifting from the edit mode to the printed page mode and that seemed time consuming. We absolutely loved the book and appreciate the help when needed. Thank you.

Photos I struggle but my husband assisted me.

I'm almost halfway through the year…
I'm almost halfway through the year managing a shared MemoryGram book for my parents. It started as an absolute hassle and Customer Service was impossible to get ahold of and mostly unhelpful when I did. After posting a one star review here, they have been very helpful and receptive and seem to have solved the early technical issues this account/book was having. I’m looking forward to now hopefully seeing this project to completion with their help (was ready to scrap and ask for a refund) and - upon receiving the final product at year’s end - I hope to bump this review up to at least 4 stars.

This was the best experience ever
This was the best experience ever. The editor was very easy to use for my mom and also it allowed us to add a bunch of other people to contribute to the story turning it into a family project. Everyone could add voice recordings which are accessible from the book. We had some issues with longer recordings but we were able to add multiple recordings to the same chapter.

The whole experience was seamless
The whole experience was seamless. From writing the book, importing pictures and ordering it!! The quality of the paper they use is terrific and all of my pictures look identical to what I was viewing on my computer. Also, from ordering to receiving my books only took 5 days. My delivery actually came early ( not like Amazon)!!!
