Overly complicated and flimsy construction make this a frustrating product to use. The side clasps keep popping out before the adjustable back clasps, so the mask keeps popping off. Also, I have found replacing the interior filters to be a nightmare with larger hands.

Only writing this review because it seems like the only people who leave them are those who, unfortunately, have poor experiences. I was really worried after reading these about MEO, but turns out, apart from my iPhone still not having service, the internet installed in our apartment is working excellently. I recently moved to Rebeira area in Porto, walked over to an MEO, had a great experience with the girl at the shop, and she scheduled the technicians to come by 2 days later to do the installation. The guys were super friendly, and installed everything very quickly. Upload and download speeds are great too. Walking back today to figure out what's going on with the phone internet though.

Over charging on postage - $10 for nationwide post. I ordered 8 days ago and I am still waiting to receive. Totally not worth the wait or the postage.

We buy a lot of masks from these guys in NZ, kids cloth with filter, adult cloth with filter and the KN95 ones. Yet to try the kids disposable ones we bought. We find with the adult cloth style, the filters don't fit snug enough on the mask to not allow gaps, the filter can slip down and leave a 3mm gap at the top. But the KN95 ones are fashionable and meet the applicable NZ/Aus standards, however I find they fog my glasses quite badly (even after I tape it to my face with double-sided tape). This isn't because they don't work, it's normal for air to breathed out through a mask and I think this style just lends more towards it fogging. Given there are so many counterfeit ones out there, I am bearing with the fogging (there are things you can do to minimise it) and we've found this company to be really helpful.

The website said order over $400NZD, you get free shipping to Europe. My order is over that and I got charge $80NZD. Also, I ordered 2 packs of (pack of 3, buy 2 get 1 free), I only received 2 packs, and the Rebecca only replied you should only received 2 packs and completely ignored the shipping cost. Won’t do the refund, won’t send me the missing pack of filter. Think before you order, you may not get what you paid for!

Pretty low quality mask. The company pretends to be New Zealander, and the filters say made in NZ, but there's no comment on the main part of the mask. Judging by the poor quality of the main mask, I'm guessing China, especially as the company is owned by someone named Gao, and the avoidance of listing the country of manufacture for the cloth portion. Overall, this mask is not well made and is poorly designed, with very cheap strap fabric and an awkward shape that doesn't create a seal on the face. I much prefer my Cambridge mask, and I've wasted money ordering the Meo.

I live in the Bay Area where there is a lot of traffic pollution and bought a MEO Lite face mask a couple of years ago for my bicycle commute. Now with the COVID-19 crisis this mask has been a lifeline. It's held up to multiple washings and quite a bit of abuse. I think the fit could be a little more snug and elastic/stretchy ear bands could improve comfort but it's perfect otherwise. I like the manuka oil that they use in the filter. There is barely a scent but when you detect it its very pleasant. The idea of adding a traditional Maori medicinal herb is really cool. Their respirators comply with the Australian AS/NZS 1716:2012 P2 standard, which has been acknowledged by the U.S. Center for Disease Control to be similar to the American NIOSH N95 standard (Google "U.S. CDC N95 respirator alternatives"). Wearing this mask gives me tremendous peace of mind as the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic rages on. I just ordered two more for my parents. Love the affordability and style of MEO Air respirator masks!
