I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Mason at Mercedes for all his help throughout the whole process. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful from start to finish, and made everything really straightforward and stress-free.
Mason took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated throughout, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. Nothing was too much trouble and his customer service was excellent.

Following a previous disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz Ascot, I have to say that Mercedes-Benz Brooklands has completely restored my faith in the Mercedes-Benz brand.
