We are a band club who recently used the services of Merch Monkey to purchase lanyards. They were very accommodating and efficient, with timely delivery and a user‑friendly online ordering process. The product is neat, good‑quality, and reasonably priced. We will definitely return to them for future services.

Merch Monkey was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire ordering process. They provided expert guidance and were always available via WhatsApp to iron out the details, which quickly built a high level of trust. We had zero doubts about meeting our deadline. While we couldn't review a physical prototype due to our own tight turnaround, their communication kept us feeling confident. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience. Everything was perfect. Artwork, quality, and delivery on time. Strongly recommend Merch Monkey for your gifts and give away’s.
Dotify Online.

We placed our lanyard order only two weeks before the event, and they still managed to deliver everything right on time. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick and clear responses via email. A very dependable and stress-free experience.

Efficient, flexible and informative through all stages of order through design to delivery - many thanks MRL

Heb info gevraagd bij dit bedrijf voor handwaaiers. Krijg eerst mails van dit bedrijf en plots gaat het over naar mails van een ander bedrijf die polsbanden maakt. Wekt wantrouwen en zal dus niet bestellen !

We recently used the services of Merch Monkey, as we urgently needed to purchase a number of lanyards with our logo. Their website was very informative and easy to navigate. We went on site to check the quality of the materials which exceeded our expectations, and their pricing was highly competitive. We placed our order on a tight timeline, and it was delivered promptly as promised.
Overall, Merch Monkey proved to be a reliable and efficient supplier, meeting all our requirements. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

We recently ordered branded lanyard which came straight to our doorstep within a few weeks. Product and quality was very good, along with the service through out.

Good quality and managed to get our order done very quickly!

Good quality products and quick service. I recommend!

Loved Your Products!!
Great Quality Of Cloth Used.

The team were very communicative throughout the design, ordering, production and delivery phases. The product we ordered, a branded pen, is brilliant quality at a very reasonable price.

The only thing that was a little confusing was brand confusion, as MonkeyMerch and Wristbandeurope (possible another company name) were all part of the same process, so this was initially confusing receiving emails from each entity.

Other than that - all good. Thank you.

Great experience working with this company. They supplied us with our lanyards and they look very professional and high quality. Communication was fast and efficient throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again.

This was the first time we have ordered from MerchMonkey and everything start to finish was impeccable: their support team answer any questions immediatley, the quality of the lanyard is much better than anywhere we have printed before and they acceeded the estimated timeline.

Will be ordering again for sure!
