Noah was super fast in replying to myself and my colleague and even connected the dots when he realized that we independently reached out. We were on a quick turnaround and reaching out on the weekend and he got back to us right away and put our minds at ease. We saw mock-ups, approved them, and he even sent an email when he saw that the packages arrived to the location to check on them -- which helped as I had a coworker go pick them up to get them to our event on time.
