Losing trust
I placed a sizable order for $146 one week ago and still have not received the order. Customer Service informed me it was being shipped out of their Nevada warehouse which was closed for inventory. Two months ago on a previously delayed order, they said a warehouse in Aurora Il was shut down causing delays. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this is very concerning to me. Today they couldn't give me an ETA on my order nor would they cancel the order. I don't know what's going on with the operation but I will be seeking a different source for my supplements.
