I wasn't originally looking for acupuncture, I actually booked a massage because my neck had been bothering me for months and I was feeling exhausted all the time. No matter how much I slept, I still felt drained, and by the end of the working day my neck and shoulders felt like they were carrying a heavy weight.
The therapist suggested combining massage with acupuncture, and I'm glad I listened. The treatment was much more thorough than I expected. They took time to find where the tension was coming from rather than just working on the painful area.
The massage helped loosen muscles that had been tight for years, and the acupuncture left me feeling surprisingly relaxed. I nearly fell asleep during the treatment.
The biggest difference was a few days later. My neck felt much freer when turning my head, the constant heaviness in my shoulders had reduced, and I felt more energetic overall. Even my concentration at work seemed better.
What I liked most was that there was no pressure to buy extra treatments or products. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping people feel better.

For years, I struggled with severe neck and shoulder pain from long hours working on a computer and constantly using my phone. My neck felt like it was always pulling forward, and I often had headaches, low energy, and a constant sense of stiffness. I had been taking painkillers for over a year, but they only gave temporary relief and eventually caused other issues like constipation. Nothing seemed to truly help.
I decided to try this place in the city centre since it’s close to my office, and I’m really glad I did.

I also appreciated the small but thoughtful details — being offered drinks, the flexibility to take breaks when needed, and the fact that the treatment time was only counted once the actual massage started.

Given how long I’ve been dealing with this problem, I know I’ll need ongoing sessions, but even this early improvement has given me real hope.
