Truly one of a kind
It’s not every day you meet someone like Will!
Someone who genuinely cares, listens, and shows up with real empathy and intention. From our very first chat, it was clear he wasn’t just going through the motions. He really took the time to get to know me, beyond just the usual job-talk stuff.
Thanks to his support, I got connected with some amazing companies who were all filled with great people and strong leadership. And honestly, it all made sense. You could feel the thread between who Will is and the kinds of people and companies he works with.
He doesn’t just make introductions, he opens the right doors, with the right people, for the right reasons.
Grateful for the time he gave and the care he brought to the process.

BDR to AE!
Stumbled across Meritt on my job search, where at the time I was looking to make the jump from BDR to AE. Found a number of unique roles not advertised on LinkedIn, and was able to have a personal conversation with Will, who was incredibly helpful.
Landed an AE role at a great company - incredibly happy with that result!

With the initial personality test that was extremely quick, easy and accurate to the explanation of the role with zero surprises entering the interviews and great communication throughout.
It felt as if they were right there with me during the rollercoaster ride.

Meritt don’t just hire you for the job…
Meritt don’t just hire you for the job but train you for it. Meritt provided me with a bunch of free courses to gain knowledge to put me ahead of other candidates applying for the same job. The recruitment process was easy, straight forward, personal and video interview highlighted all my strengths and weaknesses accurately. Currently working the exact role and wanted and am happy with the recruitment experience from Meritt.
