I needed an unfit to fly certificate after picking up a nasty chest infection whilst on holiday in London, the process was quick and James patiently answered all question I had via email. I have now managed to rearrange my flight and would highly recommend.

Needed a same day unfit to fly during doctors certificate, filled in the form, paid the 50 quid, and …. nothing … reached out 7 hours later to be told more info was needed (which I don’t have) , but they didn’t bother telling me until I reached out after 7 hours, which for a same day service is useless, but not as useless as their dysfunctional customer service, threatened chargeback to get money back … Merlin health? They’re not magic they’re just rubbish … used a lnother online service with a zoom appointment with a real GP who were able to issue … avoid Merlin Health!

I had a serious respiratory infection whic prevented us going on our walking holiday. I didn’t see my GP because I’m used to managing my own treatment. I sent Merlin a health report from my smartwatch and they were able to see that the data reflected my health issues. On that basis they were able to issue a health certificate and our travel insurance paid our claim.

Needed a medical certificate for my none lucrative visa and was running out of time. Don't have to sit around waiting for an appointment -- everything was sorted online, and I had the certificate in the post the same day. really impressed.

Only minor feedback for improvement I would give is the letter content. The use of my name was used in every paragraph which kind of reduced the gravitas of the letter. Improvements could be made to the content to make it more professional. But everything else was absolutely great. Many thanks

Finding out only 4 days before a long haul flight that I needed not only my prescription notices but what conditions I had that meant I needed the medication, I had a panic, thinking of being on the phone forever to GP surgery and not getting a letter in time. I didn't even know there were online Doctors like this. Simple form to fill in with screenshot from my NHS app, photos of my medication and a photo of my passport, all really easy to upload. I pressed send at 10.15pm and by 11am I had documents I needed that were easy to print off.

Did exactly what we needed

I had experience with child chickenpox disease just one week before flight travel. According airline procedure, passenger must provide a Medical Certificate and Airline Form states child health status. Local UK Medical Centre refused to provide such documents. Merlin Health team response quick, was flexible on additional requests. Thank you Merlin Health for great service!
