Double waver, i am loving it

I ordered a Double waver and I saw that it still wasn’t shipped after a week. I contacted the customerservice and asked about it. I got a quick response from Rachel, she was very friendly and explained to me that there was a stock problem and that it would take some time. She asked me if I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back or wait for the order. I said I would wait, a week later it was shipped and dropped off at my destination. I was really satisfied with the customer service and I absolutely love the double waver. If I can give one suggestion, then maybe it would be nice that the stock problem is mentioned on the website or when placing the order, that way the people are informed already and aware of the problem.

Veel te heette rollers!

Ik heb de rollers van Mermade gekocht. Ze warmen idd snel op maar mijn ervaring is dat de rollers ontzettend warm worden. Je kunt ze bijna niet verdragen op je hoofdhuid omdat ze veel te heet zijn. Kortom geen goede aankoop wat mij betreft want je verbrand bijna je hoofdhuid….

Zero Customer Service; no shipping as per their terms

Don’t respond to requests for updates on shipping status. They advertise a chatbot for live Q&A but no-one is online. And there is no number to call on their website. Very poor customer service. Avoid if you are looking to actually have your purchase delivered

Don’t buy from this company!

I placed my order on November 16th and have already been charged, yet as of December 8th, nothing has been shipped.

Customer service first blamed a stock issue and said the item would be available by November 30th, then asked me to wait another week — still no shipment, no tracking, no real explanation.

The product is still advertised as in stock on their website and can be purchased, which feels extremely misleading.
At this point, I am genuinely worried that I will never receive my order despite having paid.

Very disappointed and frustrated.

Har ikke modtaget min vare endnu, den er heller ikke afsendt, men de var hurtige om at trække pengene.. bestilte d. 6/11. Har skrevet til kundeservice, men har ikke fået svar..

Shipping time is terrible

Shipping time is terrible. I placed my order on August 2nd, and today is August 21st, yet I still haven’t received it—even though the advertised shipping time was 5–7 days. The order wasn’t even shipped until August 15th, and until then I kept getting the same explanation about “warehouse problems.”

On top of that, the shipment is not trackable, which makes the whole process even more frustrating and unhelpful.

I really don’t recommend buying directly from them. It’s much better to use a trustworthy retailer instead. Customer service does reply, but their responses are just excuses and don’t actually solve anything.

Geweldige waver

Ik had mijn bestelling best snel ontvangen. Binnen 10 dagen volgens mij. İk ben er blij mee. Dit is natuurlijk transport vanuit UK. En qua transport en douane kan t wat langer duren. Ze nemen snel contact met je op zodra je met een vraag / probleem / suggestie komt. Goede service

Ordered 17 nov. Est delivery 5 -7 days
They change the date every time , 28 nov , between 30-11 and 5-12 and now 5-8 dec ….. I hope it wil arrive some day …
I would not advicece to buy, if you live in Europe.

Still no delivery of my order (almost 3 weeks after my order was placed and paid)

Ordered a hairwaver on November 12th. Delivery within 5-7days. Still has not arrived (it is December 1st now, almost 3 weeks after my order). I have e-mailed them and a week ago they answered that the product would be restocked in 48 hours. Have not heard from them since (after the 48 hours I did not receive an update let alone my order). You do not receive a track&trace code when ordering so I can’t see if there is any progress at the moment whatsoever.

Good experience with Mermade

I saw this brand advertised by influencers all over Instagram and had to try it.
I had a really good experience buying their pro hair waver and blow dry brush...my order arrived not in the fastest time possible, but acceptable timeframe.

I gave this company multiple chances!!!!

I gave this company multiple chances. First I bought the aircurl, I wasn't under the impression that it's a dupe for dyson or anything, completely different tool, I was just curious. Terrible, no curls or any type of waves. It's just pulls hair and blow hot air. Maybe if you try enough you could manage a curl or two, but an hour later it will be gone! Later I thought I could try the interchangeable blow dry brush. It's just nice! You can dry your hair quickly, give them a little shape here and there, but don't ever think you can get a blowout, even if you tried! I like it because I dry my hair every time I wash them and I can brush them at the same time. And last but not least I bought the thermal brush. Oh my god! It's just an average thermal brush. At first you manage some loose curls but after an hour are non existing!! No matter how much hair spray i use or pre style lotion, the curls will fall. The worst part? The hair are continuously stuck on the tool, at every bristle or plastic thing. You can only use it to smooth the hair on a bad hair day or something. Good thing I bought it on sale and with an extra discount because of a coupon. I wish I never knew the company at all. Guys save your money, it's not worth it. Also the company offer a 30 or 60 (I'm not sure) days guarantee for refund, but what they don't tell you is that you have to pay for the delivery, which is half of the price of the products. Stupid enough for me to give them som many chances I know, I'm just sharing the experience,bought them so you don't have to.

TAX on EU website ?

Tax during checkout?...Yes even for european customers ordering from a EU website, mind this: the warehouse is located in the EU (The Netherlands). This is against EU custom regulations.

updated 18/10/2023: tax was left out now during checkout...ok to order without problem now
