DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH METABOLIC ("Natural Health Sherpa"). They owe me close on US$200 as a refund. I have been trying for months and months to get my money, and all I get is delaying tactic after delaying tactic. Even PayPal sent them a message to refund me. They are doing NOTHING about this. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NO ETHICS APPARENT TO ME.

I love the programs so much! IT WORKS. (And the recipes are SO DELICIOUS.)

I am currently on the phone waiting. Dialed the 800-316-8556 like the paperwork and website says, and what all the people on here are saying they also called. Even the company is saying call this number. This is ridiculous! I am seeing I have too been scammed and shouldn't have bought into them. You're an awful company that I hope goes down for this! You better refund me, and all the people on here! Contacting BBB right now! Everyone please do the same

They dont even deserve 1 star, asked for a refund which they advertise 60 days no questions asked, total crap they then responded that I need to call either of these numbers 1-800-316-8556 well this number is the department of youth justice so I try the other number +1-561 221-6989 and its not connected.

PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS ANOTHER SCAM

I am surprised at all the bad reviews. So far everything has been exactly as I expected. I bought the program, protein powder, Metabolic Super Omegas, and the Spark. Yes, it was expensive. So far everything has worked great and I feel amazing. Why are y'all so mad?

I broke my foot last September and am still struggling with getting it fully healed. (Jones Fracture). I gained 30 lbs over the winter from my depression and inability to move. AND I'm 65 years old. Oh, joy! I wanted something that could give me structure to getting my health back again and work around my hormones that have me frustrated and baffled.

I have been on the plan just a few days and have lost 4 lbs. I still have limited mobility but can do some of the exercises while working around my injured foot.

This is no different than any other weight-loss commitment. I have to do the work and follow the plan or it won't work. It's not a magic pill but it gives really a great outline, direction and support.

Don't be a baby! This is a great program!

Its just like anyother company theyll gladly take your money but, in this case its the most complicated system they have.
Even when I try to contact them before my trial was over they still made sure to charge my card for a service I wasnt receiving.
Be careful....another company that will take your money and has no face.

I bought the book, but it wasn't sent straight away until I spoke with an onboarding specialist.
They told me that for the program to be effective I had to purchase XYZ products. Upon streaming the book and the meal plans, I could have tried to do it first without buying all the products that they recommended. I immediately cancelled the products within an hour, left a voicemail, and emailed regarding cancellation of order. I've emailed and called them multiple of times but it seems like they don't want to return my voicemails, emails and they keep telling me every 5 days that the number I gave them isn't ringing. They didn't have any problem calling me the first time but when it came to cancellation they don't want to do anything about it.
Anyways 8 days later the products arrived, I've been calling and emailing them and until now they are not interested in resolving anything.
They didn't even go through the supplement in details or gave me product details to review before submitting the purchase.
These people are a joke! Once they get your money, they do their best to avoid you or delay any rectification.

The don't have the decency to respond properly in the email. Please don't make the same mistake I did in trusting this company, they don't value customer service at all. They won't care about you.

Ordered their protein powder to try when I started the program. I have since had some medical issues (not from the product), I can no longer use animal protein products, but unbeknown to me they made it an automatic shipment. I told the agent I would try the product, did not request the auto shipment. I never expected more to come, no email indicating a shipment was going to be sent out etc. When I noticed the charge on my card, I called immediately but was told it had been processed, I would have to ship the product back at my own expense. I find this to be poor business practice not informing of an up coming shipment, let alone make it an automatic shipment to begin without my authorization. Apologies from the company won’t cover the cost of shipping the item back. Just beware of their business practices!!!

So far, so good. Yes, of course, there was an upsell - they are a business after all. But I limited what I purchased to what I actually want and am excited to get started. From what I have seen so far this is exactly what they said it would be - a healthy meal plan, exercise, an optional Facebook community to join if I want, videos and support if I ever have questions (or feel a desire to spend more money!) I feel quite hopeful that this investment in my health will help me stay motivated. I'm excited!

I don't know how their products are. I received them and returned them. Contacted them weeks after sending them back and was told it was too soon to check to see if it had been received. Had tracking number for it, they didn't even check to see if it was received by tracking number. THEY SUCK

Unfourchanitly I stupidity purchased their program and half way through finding out you need to purchase a bag of some sort of powder that at the time I did not have the money for I emailed them and got a response back from Marvin trying to give me a 25% discount I then responded. Yeah I would like to get my money back. There was no email back. I am a single working mother they are now stealing
I understand it’s about 50 bucks but when you were single working mother in today’s society, that’s just not doable for me and I have screenshots of everything please if you can get the word out and let people know not to buy this it would save other people losing money from some scam

2 weeks and no email to links/membership website or protein powder ordered; the initial call was scripted/rushed regardless of knowing info not received and couldn't follow along. Then received a text that I have an all i need to be successful??? verified email with their rep while on phone and still no email in inbox or spam box.....hmmmm....not so pleased thus far and no solutions yet...
DR JADE----despite a great video, reputation is at risk

I was considering ordering because everything I watched or read seems legit and promising, however after the 4th-but wait there's more opportunity I just wanted to be done and get out the website so I clicked on the no thank you, and then I see I placed the order. HUH? I did NOT choose place order now! Then, I got a call from the fraud dept at my bank. First red flag! Second red flag, there are no labels listed on their website to read with the ingredients are. I called to ask after I had placed an order, I was placed on hold, and hung up on. Tried calling back, and could not get through. I called my bank and a conference call was placed to the company for a cancellation of the order just placed. I was bombarded with WHY questions. I finally said, I will not answer any more questions and I wish to cancel everything right now. Placed on hold, again for over 5 minutes BUT thankfully the company cancelled and voided my order immediately and the funds were never taken out of my account! I did block that card and will be issued a new one BUT I did not lose any money to this scam. I hope this helps someone?

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Do not get sucked into this company or their product. First, it doesn’t work! I canceled my subscription and a month later, they sent me another shipment. I called to let them know I had already cancelled my subscription and did not order the product. I was told that if I wanted to keep the product they would reimburse me half of what I paid. Told them no so then I was offered me a 75% discount so I said fine and I fell for their scam.
Now, 2 months later I received another shipment with more product. I called them and said I did not order, nor did I want the product and I wanted a refund and a shipping label. They emailed me a shipping label but it cost me $16.27 to ship back. I called them and went through the same dog and pony show, discounts offered, blah, blah, blah. I was hung up on so I called back. Long story short, they will not refund my shipping cost even with a receipt.
Basically, the illegally charged my credit card without authorization.

I would leave a minus stars if possible!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had been desperately trying to loose weight and was excited to start the plan. It’s basically a con. As soon as you pay they call to try to sell you more products, not to support as I had thought. I was left feeling embarrassed about my size and so disheartened after the call I tried to cancel straight away. That was weeks ago. I was within the 7 day cooling off period you have by law, but just keep receiving messages to call America, which I shouldn’t have to do. Don’t be taken in by then. Absolute con artists.

I recently bought this product hoping so bad that it would help me with my hormonal issues, my weight problems and not being to sleep. I took the products the way they suggested to. Drank protein mix for breakfast, took two of the pills and took one teaspoon of the omegas. For two days I was in the bathroom because this product messes with my IBS-C. Was told I could get a refund before I ordered. I ordered a lot of product in hopes it would work?! I called to return and did as David said to from customer support. My package was delivered to their P.O. Box on Wednesday and it still sits there. Today is Saturday! Now that I’m reading these reviews I wish I had of took time to read them also, because this company seems to be a rip off, a greedy business ripping off people who can not afford this. If I don’t get a refund I will post bad reviews about this company everywhere that I can because I spent 500$ something and I have a 4 year old that could go to for his birthday instead! I pray they follow through?! I would be ashamed to put my name on this product with such poor customer service. I can return shoes easier and without having to pay for shipping back?!

worse product ever .. please avoid

I have noticed a remarkable improvement in knee pain since taking the Super Protein after about 10 days.
Nothing else is any different so it must be the product. No pain killers required for the last few days

I tried their products for 30 days. I didn’t want to use them after that. I canceled the autoship and didn’t receive any further products…but was charged last July and have never been reimbursed. I’ve asked several times. Was told Feb 3 they absolutely were refunding right then. Still nothing a month later. I’ve asked 2 more times. They say a few more days…even when so far as to lower the amount of refund to cover shipping. Nothing was shipped and I told them that. I need my $195 back now.
