Amazing service ♥️

DOGSHIT WEBSITE

i want to sign up but i am beeing gatekept by a captcha thats non existent and therefore can not be completed by me. yet the reason why i cant join is ''captcha is not valid'' THERE IS NO CAPTCHA!!!!!!!

Excelent customer service after being hacked

Thanks for the amazing customer service I recieved after being hacked and got scammed for like 600 USD because someone got into my account and bought gift cards.

Metafy acted so fast and friendly, gave me the refunds the same day and helped me through the crisis to get back my account.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Very fast, friendly and helpful answers. I got a refund for a paid session that was not re-scheduled on time, no questions asked. I'm very satisfied with the platform and the customer service.

READ BEFORE YOU PLACE ORDER/PURCHASE. VERY IMPORTANT !

I informed Metafy that the coach left for 2 months for his medical concerns and when he comes back after 2 months i asked the coach that i cannot continue and would like to have a refund. The coach stalled me and continued to delay the answer for another 2 months . And then the coach says i cannot refund since you took few classes.

So now 2 months of his medical concern and 2 months of him stalling me in answering my refund request. In total 4 months passed and i got nothing. I told Metafy about it and they didn't help at all. Metafy says since i took few classes i cannot ask for refund it is against the policy.

So in short if the Coach leaves for 2 months in the middle of classes then thats not in breach of the Terms. Also If the coach stalls you in answering you for complete 2 months then thats also not breaching any terms. And you are forced to continue with the same guy who has shown no interest to coaching for 4 months and then since refund is requested he says i will continue to complete the remaining classes to stop the refund.

Please message me on metafy and i can show you all the screenshots and proof of the communication between Metafy and the coach and at the end avail no result.

DO NOT PURCHASE any course until you are sure about it. Because if anytime the coach decides to leave then thats your problem and not his and neither Metafy's . This is according to Metafy's term. Be very careful !

It’s completely fair for you to feel frustrated. This was an ugly situation, and I won’t pretend otherwise.

The Metafy Partner had initially decided to stop coaching altogether and refused to continue existing sessions. Because we agreed that you were in the right to expect the service you paid for, we stepped in and pushed hard to make sure he followed through and completed the remaining sessions. It took a lot of back-and-forth on our side, but we did ultimately get him to honor that commitment.

I understand how the delays and uncertainty soured the experience, and I’m genuinely sorry about that. To help make this right, we’re happy to offer $100 in Metafy credits, which you can use toward sessions or other products with someone else on the platform.

If you’re open to that, please reach out to us directly and we’ll get it set up for you.

And you’re absolutely right about being careful with purchases. Larger commitments deserve careful consideration, and it’s important to be fully confident before moving forward.

Friday night silly mistake, resolved super quick!

Friday night, I buy a guide, long story short I used the wrong email. Chat with support, give them the situation and information, and they respond immediately and take care of the situation using grace and outstanding customer service that I wish every establishment I ever worked with was like. Not only did they find a solution, but they also did it quickly and helped me out greatly. 10/10 will be a lifelong fan of this site, I recommend to anyone and everyone who wants to be better at whatever game they may be playing!

Helpful support team

I registered to redeem a gift card someone had sent me years ago. The link to redeem it was expired but support quickly replied to me and helped me gain access to the credits. I recommend this platform because their support team is very helpful.

refund system suck

i booked a coaching like 2 months ago and asked for a refund cuz the coach wasnt responding. talked to support and two agents told me to contact the coach directly. i told them the coach still wasnt replying and it’s been a week but they wanted me to wait 2 more days!!! i’m giving this 3 stars only bc maki was the only one who agreed to refund me right away and didnt make me wait, but honestly i wanna give this 1 star cause the policy and the whole process suck.

To clarify, the 2-day wait is only meant for situations where the Partner hasn’t been contacted yet. If your session isn’t scheduled and they’re not replying, we refund right away. That should’ve been done for you and we clearly dropped the ball here.

Love the platform!

Couldn't work out a proper training session with a coach, so I decided to cancel the it altogether. Coach was a terrible communicator, but Metafy was great. They refunded my money almost instantly and communicated every step of the way. I appreciate the platform!
